It was in an excellent location.

The noise of trains on the two tracks right outside my corner room window worried me but after very full days walking, fatigue, ear plugs the hotel provided and the comfortable bed meant I slept through the rumbling. The trains stop between 1am and 4am.

The proximity to to tube station made the “ambient noise” of the trains rather noticeable. Not really an issue at night if you sleep with earplugs like I do.

The reception being located inside the bar was not ideal. It was very noisy, which made it difficult to communicate with the staff and hear or understand the information clearly.

there is not elevator, it is hard for senior customers with luggage.

Overall, however, I would not recommend this place.
A Luxury Double Room booked 7 months in advance was not provided; instead, we were given a room with twin beds pushed together, leaving a gap between them. A complaint lodged with the staff the following morning resulted in no apology, compensation, or explanation.
A second complaint made the next day to a different staff member was brushed off with the remark that the hotel sees little difference, as both room types are very similar—so what was the issue? (Interestingly, the hotel still distinguishes between both room types on its website). I suggest management test the sleeping comfort of a proper king-size bed versus two beds pushed together.
When I book a "Luxury Double Room", I expect exactly that specification, not something merely "similar".
To make matters worse, breakfast on the first day was barely warm, and the duvet cover was put on inside out (improved on our request).
