Excelente ubicación y comodidad.
Pros:

Muy cómodo y cerca a lugares muy turísticos. Además está al lado de una estación de tren y tiene un bonito bar en el primer piso. Recomendado para viajeros jóvenes.

Excellent location for trains, tube and tourism.
Pros:

Good location for Waterloo station/ Jubilee tube line and for walking into Trafalgar square etc
Very helpful staff who took my suitcase up, and down, the stairs.
Very good breakfast with some unusual items over and above the good traditional English.
I was able to leave my case with them at 11am, before checking in at 3pm, so that I could visit the National Gallery etc unencumbered by luggage.

Cons:

As it's a Victorian building the stairs are steep and there isn't a lift. I asked for help with my 16kg suitcase and the staff carried it up to the room., and back down in the morning.

A completely enjoyable one night stay in the heart of London - great staff and breakfast :)
Pros:

The location is convenient to Waterloo Station and other local attractions.
The room is clean, quiet and comfortable - the complimentary coffee, tea and snacks were are great touch.
The complimentary breakfast was excellent and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay.

Cons:

If you have difficulty with stairs there may be up to three flights to navigate depending on the location of your room. However, the staff did take our bags up.

Great location, room and breakfast - but don't arrive too early!
Pros:

Nice room and great location. Even though it's a noisy pub, upstairs it was silent (on the 3rd floor), Very welcoming when I arrived early to drop my bag and a very good breakfast. Would stay there again.

Cons:

Check-in is STRICTLY enforced at 3:00PM. I arrived at 2:45 and although I am sure the room was ready, they would not let me have access. The check in staff were also pretty clueless. As I then had to go to an event, I ended up checking in after my event at 11:30PM, when the bar/ reception was full of raucous drunks. Having flown in from Australia that morning, this was not great.

Pristojno mjesto za prespavati
Pros:

Tražila sam hotel blizu željezničke stanice i ovaj hotel je definitivno blizu. Moja soba je bila mala ali uredna. Krevet udoban. Imala sam sve potrebno za jedno noćenje.
Osoblje je vrlo susretljivo i simpatično. Zahvalna sam na tome.

Cons:

Nije mi se svidjelo to, što je zbog blizine željeznice,bilo dosta bučno. Klima je također imala čudan zvuk,pa sam ju isključila.

Pros:

Super emplacement, café/thé, lait et biscuit dans la chambre (vraiment appréciable, et le café en capsules est excellent) rechargés tous les jours. La chambre est toute petite mais fonctionnelle.

Cons:

Il faut vraiment que les voyageurs considèrent la proximité du train et du métro avant de réserver : les murs tremblent quasiment toute la nuit, le bruit est très fort, et c'est sans oublier la rue qui est très bruyante également... De mon côté, j'ai passé de très courtes nuits, malgré les boules quies fournies par l'hôtel. Je ne reviendrai pas à cause de ça.
