Lovely

Truly perfect London accommodation.
Pros:

Loved everything about this stay. I wish I could live here. The staff could not have been kinder or more welcoming. Bonus points for being over a bar and restaurant. Full breakfast is included, and it was delightful. The location is incredible, directly across the street from Waterloo station, and a short walk from the London Eye and other attractions. The room included special touches like earplugs, but they were completely unnecessary as it was quiet as a tomb. I slept incredibly well. Air conditioning was top-notch as well, and a welcome respite after a hot day of sightseeing. I stayed here as a pre-cruise convenience since Waterloo trains go straight to Portsmouth, but I would stay here any time I visit London in the future.

Pros:

The welcome when we arrived was very friendly and informative. The room was comfortable, well equipped and quiet and breakfast was all we could have asked for. We were going to ABBA Voyage and the location was excellent to get in to London at Waterloo then to go to the show.

A gem of a place.
Pros:

The perfect location for National Theatre and London Waterloo and good value for money,
A lovely warm greeting at reception, clean well appointed room with good air con and accessed through secure door separate from the main bar. Mini fridge in room with cold water was much appreciated as was resident discount in bar. A delicious breakfast to finish off a perfect stay!

Pros:

El personal, especialmente Chris es excepcionalmente atento. Su situación es perfecta y muy bien comunicada. Al principio que el PUB lo domine todo es un poco raro pero luego es muy práctico…

Cons:

Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas y antiguas. No tiene ascensor.
