Pros:

Lage war mir bekannt. Mittendrin in Besiktas. Liegt direkt an der Straße. Aber alles ok da mir so bekannt.
Mitarbeiter nett alles sauber

Cons:

Am vorletzten Kaffee und Tee nicht aufgefüllt.
Angesprochen und sollte gemacht werden aber doch nicht gemacht. Ein kleines Minus.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the kitchen staff, Oxana, was very polite, warm, friendly, and supportive.

Cons:

The room we stayed had no view, the adjacent buildings could see us completely in the room and we had to shut the curtains.
The bed sheets were not very clean.

Klimaanlage war kaputt und die Betten nicht so gemütlich, aber alles in allem würde ich das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Pros:

Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit!
Bügel + Bügelbrett im Zimmer vorhanden. Shampoo und Lotion vorhanden.
Perfekte Lage! Restaurants, bars, Supermärkte und eine Bushaltestelle in der nähe mit dem Fuß erreichbar. sehr Zentral!

Es war alles top Personal. Super nett, die Zimmer sauber komfortabel. Meine Aussicht vom Zimmer war hervorragend.

Были в Апреле, отель очень тёплый, чистый. Завтрак вкусный, на завтраке персонал приветливый. В ресепшне встретили хорошо.
