We stayed in a 2nd floor room and a poolside room. Both were fabulous. The breakfast in room was delicious. Highly recommend!
Service and staff were exceptional. Rooms was always cleaned very well and breakfast delivered on time by friendly staff. Staff always greeted us with smiles and always seemed happy to see us.
Bed frame was a bit low which caused us to walk into it few times during the night. The flush on the toilet took a few times to clear with every use.

Location was brilliant and central to restaurants, cafes and mini marts (and The Shampoo Lounge, virtually next door). Room was spacious and bed was comfy though the whole apartment seemed a bit sad and old and lacking in maintenance. Still, we enjoyed our time there, breakfasts were good and the staff are lovely.
It was nice to have our own pool but it would never pass any OHS standards in Australia. Very dangerous to get into so we hardly used it. Also, the door leading to the bathroom needs to be fixed.
The property is dated and not properly maintained - sliding doors do not close and lock properly - noise from apartment below, street and bars across the road completely disruptive. The sound from one band one night vibrated through the room.

The staff are very accommodating, friendly and professional. Great location on the main street in Sanur, easy access to Icon Bali shopping centre and beach. Our breakfast was served beautifully in our room (no breakfast room) ordered the night before.

Loved the location. Right on the Main Street, almost opposite our favourite sunset bar at The Maya and a convenient 15 min walk to Bali Icon. Just a few minutes to the beach and lots of great restaurants and warungs. As a bonus, The Shampoo Lounge is almost next door. The included breakfast was fabulous and delivered on time every morning by the lovely staff. The apartment was spacious and the private pool was always inviting. We used the laundry service and were very happy with the price and the quick turnaround. The staff are the standout. Just lovely and very accommodating.
We’re reasonably fit and active but there were a few things that weren’t that great for us. There are no proper steps or rail to assist getting in and out of the pool so it’s tricky getting in and you have to climb out hoping your knees are good enough. 😀 The bed while very comfortable is also low on the ground. The lounge is not comfortable and has seen better days. The sliding door to the main area didn’t lock. There is construction next door and while we heard a little noise most days it didn’t bother us until one night when concrete trucks were delivering into the night. It was just the beeping of the truck as it reversed though, no other noise really. I understand why the workers work into the night as it was very hot and it didn’t keep us awake.
