Construction work noise
The staff are very accommodating, friendly and professional. Great location on the main street in Sanur, easy access to Icon Bali shopping centre and beach. Our breakfast was served beautifully in our room (no breakfast room) ordered the night before.

Building next door
Loved the location. Right on the Main Street, almost opposite our favourite sunset bar at The Maya and a convenient 15 min walk to Bali Icon. Just a few minutes to the beach and lots of great restaurants and warungs. As a bonus, The Shampoo Lounge is almost next door. The included breakfast was fabulous and delivered on time every morning by the lovely staff. The apartment was spacious and the private pool was always inviting. We used the laundry service and were very happy with the price and the quick turnaround. The staff are the standout. Just lovely and very accommodating.
We’re reasonably fit and active but there were a few things that weren’t that great for us. There are no proper steps or rail to assist getting in and out of the pool so it’s tricky getting in and you have to climb out hoping your knees are good enough. 😀 The bed while very comfortable is also low on the ground. The lounge is not comfortable and has seen better days. The sliding door to the main area didn’t lock. There is construction next door and while we heard a little noise most days it didn’t bother us until one night when concrete trucks were delivering into the night. It was just the beeping of the truck as it reversed though, no other noise really. I understand why the workers work into the night as it was very hot and it didn’t keep us awake.
Fijn verblijf gehad bij aankomst op Bali in Sanur. We kwamen al om 11:00 aan bij het hotel, en konden eigenlijk pas om 14:00 inchecken. Het personeel had erg hun best gedaan zodat wij alsnog eerder de kamer in konden wat super fijn was aangezien we erg moe waren na een lange vlucht. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en gastvrij. We hadden een bungalow met privézwembad, waar we helemaal tot rust konden komen. Het verblijf is schoon, ruim en gezellig.

Pool design very unusual hard to get in and out of through sliding doors in need of maintenance hard to open and close. Dangerous for older generation.
Mooi hotel met een top locatie. Wij hadden de kamer met een prive zwembad, erg fijn!
Ook super lief personeel, die ons veem goede tips hebben gegeven.
De kamer was wat gedateerd en we hadden erg veel last van muggen.
Unfortunately we booked this place mistakenly thinking there was a pool. As we were just staying the day to catch an evening flight we left as there was no pool and found a lovely and much cheaper place up the road with a gorgeous pool

The place was very quiet and central , its best option to spend the first 2 nights there after landing in bali , then go further to other destinations, the receptionist Anni was very friendly and welcoming .. pick up from the airport was very smooth. Breakfast was good.
