Un excelente lugar para hospedarse en Playa del Carmen.
Pros:

El personal es muy amable, el lugar es justo como aparece en la descripción. La ubicación es excepcional.

Siempre que estoy en Playa, me hospedo en este hotel. Es cómodo, barato y el personal es amable.

Cons:

Un poco de ruido en la noche, por la llegada de camiones del ADO, pero nada del otro mundo. De hecho es un plus tener la estación a un lado, para poder ir por cuenta propia a los parques de Xcaret, Cancún o aeropuerto.

Convenient and budget friendly hotel
Pros:

Good location, clean and spacious room and friendly staff. The swimming pool was in the shade in the afternoon so it was perfect for us. Originally we'd booked a standard apartment but it didn't have AC in the living room so we asked to be moved to a double room instead as there was no point having a living room which we would not use.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that the description of the Standard Apartment didn't state that there was no AC in the living room, only in the bedroom. I wouldn't have booked it if I'd known because I prefer having AC in the living room because of the summer heat in Playa del Carmen.

Cons:

Las camas. Necesitan hacer cambios de colchones ya qué no son cómodos porque por el uso prolongado se comienzan a hundir

En general todo me gusta, tiene una excelente ubicación, cuenta con elevador, la alberca muy bien, las habitaciones amplias con frigobar, camas amplias limpias, sabanas blancas, caja de seguridad, clóset, ganchos, agua caliente ♨️, estacionamiento, a unos minutos caminando Walmart y Soriana, cerca coco bongo y 5ta avenida, el personal amable. Es mi segunda vez y seguirá siendo las veces que vaya.

Cons:

Al inicio la habitación que me tocó no me agradó había algunos detalles y me apoyaron de inmediato a cambiarme, eso fué muy bueno, quizá sólo cambiar la cortina en la ventana. Me gusta todo.

Mucho espacio en la habitación. Todo completo, microondas refrigerador, para cocinar, plancha, secador de pelo, toallas, shampoo.

Cons:

Ideal que hubiesen más reposeras y más sombra. Un poco de acondicionador hubiese sido genial ya que como viajante uno no anda con esas cosas. La cama para mi fue muy dura y las almohadas también duras y muy altas. También opino que es solo para 2, ya que si bien el sillón es amplio para una tercera persona esa zona no cuenta con aire acondicionado.
