Absolutely loved my stay here!!! Rooms were clean even smelled like bleach when I walked in so you know they cleaned it thoroughly. I just want to say THANK YOU to Kresha for all her help she’s the best!!

The location was perfect for traveling. Clean and fresh smelling areas. Dallas was impressive and the cherry on top to our stay. The service was better than most.

The waiter Dallas was impeccable. The food was good.

Parking for airport was simple and affordable. Bar/Restaurant was great- terrific food and lovely staff.

We were extremely pleased with the location, room, staff - the entire experience was great. From Kresha and Jazzmin at the front desk to Lisa, Roger, and Eric in the restaurant, the staff could not have been more friendly, kind, and helpful. Thank you for making our stay in Charlotte so nice!!

As always a nice overnight stay before a fight out. They have changed the pay for parking since last year and Kresha was extremely helpful and made our stay really good as well as the shuttle drivers.

lisa was great and had great service during our stay

Lisa at the bar did a great job with all of our group and dealt with a unhappy Katen with such grace, I was sooo impressed.. Rob, C and Dallas were awesome as well. Thank you all. You made it such a great experience!

I got stranded due to a flight cancellation. Lisa at the bar and the whole team was incredibly welcoming and made my impromptu layover a heck of a lot better. Try the scratch made onion rings and burrata. I hope I get stranded again!

Very nicely kept property

This particular Hilton Garden Inn is probably the nicest hotel in this price point near an airport. It is very clean, very quiet, well run and the breakfast was fresh, well presented and great. Our room was ready when we arrived and it was very clean and well lit. The bedding was super comfortable as well. The bathroom was very clean and the bath amenities were full and very nice for a budget hotel.

Kresha, the Front Desk Manager is a very hard worker who clearly enjoys her job. She is friendly, efficient and happy to help and answer any questions you may have. She also keeps the “commissary” well stocked while juggling check-ins, check-outs and the never ending phone ringing. I don’t know how she manages to do it all and still squeeze in a bathroom break! She is the only person at the front desk but she manages to keep her cool and get the job done.

Sharon, our waitress for breakfast was so welcoming and quick to take our order. The coffee was hot, the orange juice tasted fresh squeezed and my huevos rancheros beautifully presented as well as my husband’s waffles. The bacon was thick cut and excellent. She greeted us the moment we sat down and checked on us often without being intrusive. She is a pro at this!

Roger, our server, was also very efficient. Personable without being pushy and does his job with a smile. He was easy to talk to and made his job look easy. He cleared our table so we could enjoy the last bit of our coffee before heading to the airport.

It was such a nice and welcome change from the increasingly common practice of subpar breakfast served buffet style. One more mention: even the housekeeping staff was very friendly and seemed happy to be there!
