Very clean the staff was very helpful and great location. Short distance from airport and they provided shuttle. You did have to pay for parking but I didn’t mind. Would definitely stay there again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were very good! Check in staff was friendly and helpful.

I spent a work week here and experienced this hotel for its room, a rentable conference room, and meal offerings.

Regardless of the staff member, to which I encountered quite a number in my few days, I was meant with a kind, professional, and welcoming demeanor. Some, including Emma at the front desk, remembering guests' names, key details, or at least faces.

The one dinner meal that my group ended up having at here was delicious (try the salmon and mashed potatoes!), and Dallas was a wonderful server. Although I did not happen to partake in a breakfast, I heard from my colleagues that it was also good.

The room was very clean and quiet, despite the relatively short distance to the airport. I was fortunate that the timing of my stay immediately followed mattress replacements, so I got to sleep on a brand new mattress.

The conference room that my group had booked was called the Library, which was a quaint room full of windows, a TV, and a fireplace located within the lobby. Ironically, there were no books, but the room and furniture were very nice.

I will say, though, the shuttle experience was not great and hope they can better improve the clarity on when to get on which shuttle as well as which hotel you are needing to arrive. It was terribly confusing as a first timer at the Charlotte airport and at this hotel.

As someone who worked for a Hilton property for nearly five years, I usually find at least one thing I would change when staying at a hotel. I can honestly say there is not a single thing I would change about the Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte Airport.

This was my first visit to the property, and I stayed for nearly an entire week with several colleagues. We also utilized the “Library” meeting space, which worked perfectly for our group. From beginning to end, the entire experience was truly exceptional.

Every single team member we encountered was kind, courteous, helpful, and genuinely warm. Emma provided a fabulous first impression, followed by Jeraka, who was an absolute superstar. Dallas and Lisa in the restaurant and bar consistently went above and beyond with both their service and the food.
I also want to give a very special shout-out to Pamela, the wonderful night auditor. It was such a pleasure getting to meet and speak with her, and her warmth and hospitality made even the early-morning hours feel welcoming. She was another perfect example of the exceptional people who make this property so special.

Meeting Folake and Karim was another highlight. They were charming, accommodating, and an overall pleasure to interact with. We had approximately six people in our group, and there were absolutely no issues with our rooms, the check-in or checkout processes, or our meeting space.

Last, but certainly not least, Vinny, the Food and Beverage Manager, and Chrissy, the General Manager, clearly have the magic needed to support and nurture this incredible team. Whatever they are doing should be bottled and distributed, because this was truly one of the best hotel teams and properties I have ever experienced.

We had an outstanding dining experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte Airport, thanks to Dallas and the entire team! From the moment we were seated, Dallas was warm, friendly, and attentive. He made us feel welcome and gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner.

I ordered the chicken Parmesan, and it was absolutely amazing! The portion was huge, and every bite was delicious.

A special touch was the chef coming out to greet us personally, which showed how much they care about their guests and the quality of their food. Dallas and his team provided exceptional service throughout our meal, making the entire experience memorable.

If you're staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte Airport, be sure to dine at the restaurant and ask for Dallas. You won't be disappointed!
