Pros:

Wonderfull place to stay for 2-3 days. There is a lake near hotel - emazing bonus for free! Crew in hotel always very nice for guests. It was a highest pleasure to be there.

Cons:

Space in the room is great for one person...but family 3-4 persons- to small area...but I understand it is Just a hotel.

Have stayed here multiple times in the past. 10 days ago went to somewhat cheaper nearby place which will remain nameless SHBM ;) and it was terrible! Came back here on our return trip and it was great from the start. They offered to log into the parking app for us which was helpful (although I still think paying for parking in a suburban business park is a TOTAL ripoff). But other than that, super helpful and friendly Hakim checked us in, welcomed us, room was super clean, well laid out, great-smelling soaps lol. We will make this our Charlotte airport go-to.

A great place to stay near the airport.
Pros:

Everything was great. We’d been traveling out of the country and this was a great place to come back to. Staff was very friendly. Onsite restaurant was perfect.

One of our greatest hotel experiences by far!
Pros:

We checked in a little early and our room wasn’t quite ready. We had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful soul at the front desk. Her name is Jazzmin. She was one of the most kind, caring and accommodating people we have ever met. She did her job with grace and poise and we won’t forget her amazing spirit. Thank you Jazzmin.

Amazing and accommodating staff

After a very stressful start to our mission trip, the staff at the Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte Airport turned things completely around for our group.

After leaving home very early in the morning, we unfortunately missed our flight to Costa Rica. With a large group and no immediate plan, we called the Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte Airport and were amazed by how quickly and graciously the staff helped us. They were able to secure enough rooms for our entire group, arrange shuttle transportation, and even accommodate us with early check-in so we could rest and regroup….all before 11am.

A special thank you to Fabiana at the front desk, who assisted us from the early morning through the afternoon. She was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and patient as she worked to accommodate our large group during a very unexpected travel situation. Malik at the front desk was also wonderful and provided exceptional service during the afternoon/evening. Loretta from housekeeping helped ensure our stay was comfortable and was a pleasure to interact with.

We are also thankful for Robert and Marques, our shuttle drivers who got us to and from the airport!

Every staff member we encountered was accommodating, compassionate, and eager to help during what could have been a very frustrating experience. Their outstanding customer service made all the difference and turned an unexpected travel setback into a pleasant stay.

Thank you to the entire team at Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte Airport for going above and beyond. We are truly grateful and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Charlotte!
