We really enjoyed our stay here! The lady at reception was very welcoming and let us store our bags for the day, before checking in and also after we had checked out the next day. We were pleasantly surprised by all the facilities in our room and it was very spacious and clean.
Position is amazing, super close to Belsize Park tube stop that is well connected to all the places you need to visit. We arrived during a heatwave and the room was pleasantly cool from the moment we stepped in. We stayed in one of the studios that are well furnished with a small kitchen. Lovely clean room. Will stay with them for sure again. One of the best stays in London for such a honest price. Reception staff was lovely and let us leave our bags the day we left and were super helpful.

Everything was immaculate and modern. The room is amazing, has facilities for cooking too.
The TV was a smart TV and easy to connect to. Bed was comfy and staff were lovely.

The room was a little small including the bathroom/shower where the bathroom door didn’t close. We managed fine though it was still a great stay! Just a little expensive for what the room was.
Amazing location, few minutes walk from Belsize Park! Lovely and clean (it’s smelt really nice haha). Small rooms but modern and has everything you need.
The air con didn’t work in our room so we did have the fan but didn’t do the same job

Brilliant location, comfortable bed, nice coffee machine in room, iron and hair dryer in room, big TV, friendly reception
Bathroom was not very clean, rooms very small, air con temperature control did not seem to be working so room was extremely cold unless we switched it off completely. Fair bit of noise coming from trains outside and pipes in the building.
