Loved it, would book again. Was a lovely surprise to see facilities for cooking. Spotless, immaculate and modern premises. Perfect location for our planned break concert at o2 forum and also the Zoo. Plenty tubes buses close at hand

Abbiamo avuto problemi con l’aria condizionata, in alcune stanze non funzionava, il personale non sapeva il motivo del malfunzionamento e durante il week end personale addetto alla manutenzione non disponibile. Nelle stanze a causa delle alte temperature si moriva di caldo. È stato fornito un ventilatore ma non sufficiente
Geschmackvolle Ausstattung, Umgebung (Restaurants und Cafés direkt in der Nähe) und Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.
Dass unser Zimmer im dritten Stock kein Fenster hatte, wirkte etwas beklemmend. Wegen guter Klimatisierung kamen wir aber klar.

A shirt went missing contacted said they had it. agreed for a courier to collect as they were unwilling to send it even though i said id pay after confirming that they would give to courier few hours later email received claiming they now didn’t have the shirt. Make what you will of that but i have my own opinion of what has happened

Great location near Camden Roundhouse and the Northern line and really well thought out and equipped room. Spotlessly clean and easy check in.
Not a problem to me but worth being aware it can be a touch noisy with doors, pipes and a little rumble from tube trains in the lower ground rooms. I would stay there again in future though.

After seeing a few bad reviews, I was quite hesitant after booking the NOX hotels. Shame on you for leaving them those reviews! NOX hotel was absolutely perfect. We booked a basement room, knowing there would be no window and that there would be stairs and narrow-ish corridors (as people mentioned in their reviews). Still, I’m quite a large girl with several disorders and ailments, yet I managed to stay here without any issues. I really do not understand how people have left bad reviews. The lady on reception was helpful, pleasant and polite. I will certainly be staying here if any more concerts are in that area. I recommend NOX Hotel 100%. It was clean, tidy, everything you needed was provided for. WiFi was great for a basement. There was a security safe free to use.

Incredible value for money - rooms are small but have so many amenities packed in and are just really nice spaces to spend time in. For a solo traveller it's absolutely ideal.
No complaints here! It would be nice if there was an elevator but for me the climb to the first floor was fine, I imagine it might be rough with heavier luggage.
We had a really great stay at this hotel - for the price, you get an awful lot. We had a gig in Camden which was about a 10 minute walk, and the tube station is just up the road. The rooms are small but very functional, with excellent kitchenette facilities, a large shower, wardrobe space, and two full length mirrors. Coffee, tea, biscuits etc were provided, as well as milk in the fridge. The aircon was very welcome (we stayed May bank hol weekend in 30+ degree heat), check in was quick and easy, and we could store luggage after check out. I will definitely look to stay in a NOX hotel again.

poor location. my room was on the lower ground floor felt like i was sleeping on the underground platform. Unable to rest due to the constant trains running next to the hotel and worse if you are on the lower ground floor.
