Location is good with plenty of shops and restaurants around
Absolutely run down & not well maintained. There is only one toilet, which is directly next to the bed upstairs. Staying there with more then 2 persons is not recommended.
The staff is not well trained. Asking for a 30 minute later check-out is immediately denied with the explanation, that the penthouse can‘t be checked out later? Weird and not professional!
This was the first stop on our holiday, and was a great start. The room was a good size, and the bed very comfy. It was clean when we arrived and cleaned each day. The showers were lovely with excellent pressure. Checking in and out was easy and the staff are friendly. The location is easy to get to from both Incheon and Gimpo airports. It’s also only a couple of stops from Hongdae street, and we found it easy to get to other destinations too. There’s some good restaurants and buzzy parts just a short walk from the hotel
There were only a few coat hangers and no drawers, so if you’re staying more than a couple of days, it’s hard to unpack your clothes.

La personne à la réception de l'hôtel offre un service super professionnel. Le nettoyage de la chambre est très bien fait. De plus, les produits dans la salle de bain sont de bonne qualité.
Changer quelques tuiles du plancher qui sont fissuré.

Les équipements sont biens, spa privatif dans la chambre sympa, lit confortable, service impeccable, et emplacement très bon dans un quartier top.
Comment est-ce possible de laisser les murs dans cet état ? Entre la peinture pas faite, les traces et coulures, la saleté est incommensurable. La chambre alterne le très très bon (côté sale de bain très propre, matériaux choisis de qualité), et le franchement dégoutant, notamment les murs, juste à côté du lit... Rajoutons à cela l'insonorisation pas parfaite qui nous laisse entendre les ébats sexuels des voisins d'à côté, ou les pas lourds de ceux du dessus, ça ne donne pas envie de revenir.
Great location, loved the area & local businesses with easy access to subway. The bed was very comfortable. Fabulous daily room service.
Things were odd specifically no bathroom privacy apart from a small flimsy curtain, odd placement of tub in passage connected to lounge area and kitchen. Only the shower hose was working, nice fixtures and fittings but lacking practicality. Noisy room 801, pump or generator went all night. Built up grime in hard to reach places.
