Le confort des lits et l amabilité du personnel.

Cons:

Les frais exagérés de 30$ par chat (aucun hotel ne charge ce prix, le plus élevé etant de 20$ par animel) et NON indiqué dans la description de l hotel. Nous aurions choisi un autre endroit. 300$ pour une nuit: vraiment exagéré! De plus, eau non potable et colorant à café fournis avec café de qualité médiocre

Pros:

Nous avons pu apporter nos deux chiens à la dernière minute, ce qui a été un immense soulagement pour nous. Un membre de la famille a eu un accident en Abitibi et, malgré toute cette situation imprévue, tout a été plus que parfait.
La chambre, les lits, la salle de bain… wow. Tout était impeccable et vraiment au‑delà de nos attentes.

Les services bistro et resto

Cons:

La propreté. Dans sang dans mon lit, un frigo défectueux qui a gelé ma nourriture du lendemain ( salade) et l’attitude du jeune homme qui travaillait le 10 juin au matin.
