Comfy but noisy

It's right in the center. The rooms are spacious and clean. No question asked if you invite a visitor

Cons:

There is a construction nearby and I was listening to the construction noise all day. Since it's in the center, you can also hear the streets. The door doesn't withold any sounds at all, you can clearly hear what's going on behind it. The light in the washroom turns off by itself if you don't move for a minute or so (light motion sensor is in there). The washroom was another source of noise as well (you can hear the pipes and neighbors toilet flushing sounds)

El último día antes del check out una señora golpeó la puerta insistentemente, no hablaba español pero pasó a limpiar el balcón.Esto retraso que yo pudiera tomar un baño y preparara mi salida

OK, if you want an inexpensive place to stay for a night

Good location and low price

Cons:

Exterior door in a hotel room door were difficult to access due to key card system. Elevator did not work my last day and I was on the third floor room had a poor view.

Tuvimos un percance con el aire acondicionado pero se nos resolvió de inmediato cambiandonos de cuarto

Excelente apartamento. Pero queja ala parte de exoneracion a booking

Ubicado cerca a todo y muy estratégicamente.
El personal del edificio excelente

Cons:

La. Cocina muy pequeña y falta utinsilios.
Qué me hayan cobrado un día sin presentarme por fuerza mayor. Yo pienso que deberían tener en cuenta esas situaciones que se le salen de las manos y así sea cancelación gratuita. No deben cobrar si se muestran pruebas a favor del huésped.
