Muy buena ubicación, excelente trabajo del caballero de la recepción (no recuerdo su nombre, es venezolano con acento cubano), tuvimos un inconveniente con la habitación, tenía una gotera y estaba mojado al llegar, pero el prontamente resolvió, nos ayudó y todo bien. 100% recomendable.

la habitación muy comoda y la ubicación perefecta, el joven de recepción super atento, amable y servicial

Cons:

la pantalla no se ve bien fallaba el cable RCA del Izzi, la regadera estaba bastante oxidada y el maneral bastante sucio

Felt like mini hotel with all the equipment so it was nice

Cons:

The staff was rude towards us, we came with luggage two hours before because the description says it’s has luggage room in the hand the owner was mad at us for ecspecting that they will have space for them it left us with bad feeling at the beginning of our staying

na entrada, nao aceitam dinheiro vivo. dolar. e na hora de pagar em pesos com cartao me saiu 10% mais caro. fazem um cambio nao favoravel
chuveiro sem força. se vc gosta de chuveiro forte pode nao gostar
havia uma obra ao lado. sofremos com barulho ate no sabado
recomendo fechar a varanda a noite, pois ha guaxinims entrando pra pegar comida

Mi experiencia fue decepcionante en este lugar, ya que me cobraron de más pague $808. No cumple lo que promete, se fue la luz varias veces, y no pude disfrutar de una película en la habitación, no obstante el personal nocturno fue muy grosero en varias ocasiones. No estaba limpia la habitación.

Es un lugar donde te cobran de más, pero la gota que derramos el vaso fue el personal nocturno un señor mayor que nos grito a la habitación para que bajaramos el volumen de la habitación, en el primer piso se escuchaban las conversaciones con los clientes. Se iba a la luz, lo cuál era incómodo porque el clima no se mantenía en la noche. En la mañana se escuchaban martillazos. Decidimos no dejar propina por el mal trato de ese señor que nos causo el malestar.
