Underbart hotell. Trevlig personal och läget var bra
Hade balkong ut mot gatan funkade för mig som sover länge och inte lägger mig förens klockan 7am. För den som sover tidigt kommer ni ha svårt att sova då ljudet från baren nerifrån håller på fram tills efter midnatt. I så fall skulle ni välja rum mot innergården för tystare läge.

I övrigt välstädat skön säng lite hård perfekt för min rygg. Samt väldigt bra läge nära till allt.

Cons:

Inget vägguttag bredvid sängen så gick inte ladda telefon vid sängen.

Stammgast seit Jahren – aber dieses Mal ein absoluter Skandal!
Pros:

Die Reception war wie immer sehr freundlich, die Lage ist top (zentral und trotzdem gut gelegen), die Zimmer sind schön, die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei und das W-LAN war hervorragend.

Cons:

Ich bin eigentlich ein langjähriger Wiederholungsgäste. Aber was ich diesmal erlebt habe, war eine riesige Frechheit.

Das Schlimmste war die Putzfrau. Sie hat das Zimmer NUR geputzt, wenn ich ihr Trinkgeld gegeben habe. Habe ich kein Geld in die Hand gedrückt, ist sie einfach nicht gekommen. Dabei ist die Zimmerreinigung doch wohl im Buchungspreis inklusive! Das war regelrechte Erpressung. Sie hat mich sogar gefragt: „Willst du, dass ich putze? Morgen bin ich nicht da!“ – sie wollte mir ihren Service also noch extra verkaufen. So eine unverschämte Masche habe ich in all den Jahren in Pattaya noch nie erlebt. Die Erpressung durch die Putzfrau hat den gesamten Aufenthalt ruiniert. So geht man nicht mit Stammgästen um!

Nice little place to get away from the crazy areas
Pros:

I have stayed here previously and the property is of good quality not the ritz . Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great close to everything but far enough away to be able to relax
