Bad experience
Pros:

The bar is very nice, reception also nice.

Cons:

The room was very dark, especially the shower.
One elevator was broken so there was only one that was so slow I was considering going 6 floors up the stairs
Parking a nightmare: if you put the ticket in your bag or in your car it stops working so I ended up carrying in my hand when I was not in the room.
When I asked for help at eception I was asked if I really wanted to leave the parking now...
Breakfast was not good in any aspect: very expensive and not much on offer considering. Worst part was that I had to wait for one cup of coffee for about 30 minutes after asking multiple times for someone to please take my order and when it finally arrived it was the wrong one. So after that had to go again and ask for it until it finally arrived.

Pros:

The overall style and decoration of the hotel is very tasteful. Modern urban vibe with excellent views of City West or the Zoo from your room. They offer some other amenities that I do not want to spoil, but let's just say I felt very valued as a guest! :)

Das Personal an der Rezeption ein Traum. Zuvorkommend , höflicĥ. Die Lage ist super. Unser Zimmer hatte einen tolle Ausblick in den Zoo. Und alles ist top sauber.
