Einmal und nie wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage um die Stadt zu entdecken ist prima.
Der nächtliche Lärm ist furchtbar.
Die Kellner ob nun morgens beim Frühstück oder abends im Restaurant sind alles andere als Service orientiert. Als Gast interessiert es mich nicht, wie gut oder schlecht die dienstplanung ist. Dies wurde lautstark in Grüppchen stehend diskutiert.

Ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer wäre super

Cons:

The cleanliness. The daily cleanliness is good , but if you look deeper there is a deep cleaning needed. Especially the lamps, decorations and corners in the room need more attention. Glass and mirrors also.

Pros:

Très bon emplacement avec de nombreuses lignes de métro, bus, RE à proximité
Chambre calme, confortable et déco très originale, au 4ème étage côté zoo (l'étage était un peu bas, donc vue surtout sur le toit de la réception en dessous)

Pros:

Gute Lage, schöne Aussicht auf den Zoo.

Cons:

Extra das XL Zimmer gebucht wegen der Schaukel und dann war diese einfach nicht drin. Freundliches Personal, aber es wurde so viel -trotz mehrfachen Nachfragen- einfach nicht gemacht und vergessen. Dadurch wirkte vor Ort vieles nicht so professionell.

Der Preis lohnt sich, es ist wirklich was besonderes
