We got married here 2 years ago and still love it

Cons:

We were in a family room No.1 double bed and single bed the matteress could be upgraded and the flooring the carpet could be more of a carpet feels like a school carpet, and could be doing with a bit more decor and more homely looking

20th Wedding Anniversary
Pros:

stayed for our 20th wedding anniversary as we got married here, lovely staff all so friendly, we upgraded to the bridal suite and it was perfect

Cons:

our only issue was the bed was not as soft as we would of liked it.

Overpriced and disappointed

Rooms were of a poor standard. Bathroom window didn’t lock in our room. Only 1 coat hanger each in the open wardrobe. Bathroom mirror light didn’t work. Also the restaurant was too close to night time disco. Breakfast was really poor quality in comparison to many 3 star hotels we have been to and the breakfast time from 7:30-9 is too short and the check out time is too early at 10 am. Food average at best.

Pros:

The location was very nice. The room was comfortable. Very impressed that when Tv wasnt working to watch the World Cup final that we were very quickly helped and moved to another room. We were checking in late and it was lovely to receive a call to let us know where to pick up the keys for our room.

Cons:

We liked it. It had everything we needed...just missing on little things that would make a difference e.g some biscuits in room. Being asked if we would like anything else to eat or drink in the restaurant area but think they had a new trainee who was very nice, but still learning the ropes
