Great place to stay close to Lago de Braies
Pros:

Staff made us very welcome and arranged bus tickets to Lago de Braies. The pool was great and free coffee and cake in the afternoon was a nice touch. We were on half board and the buffet dinner in the evening was really good consisting of local produce.

Pros:

La piscine intérieure avec vue sur la nature. Les espaces de détente intérieurs et extérieurs. Sac de randonnée, bâtons, peignoir, serviettes de bain à disposition. Le parking gratuit et suffisant. La collation offerte entre 15 h et 17 h, bienvenue au retour de randonnée.

Cons:

L'accueil froid, les deux serveurs de la salle de restauration qui ne disaient jamais bonjour ni au revoir et qui répondaient à nos questions avec mauvaise volonté. Nous avions l'impression soit de les déranger soit d'être complètement transparents pour eux. Pourtant nous leur parlions en italien. La chambre immense mais sans aucune décoration, sans bouilloire ni sachets de thé.
Nous étions en demi-pension. Repas sur des sets de table en plastique et sans nappe. Le petit-déjeuner était indigne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles italien. Trop peu de choix et seulement deux gâteau qui d'ailleurs n'avaient pas l'air d'avoir été "fatti a casa". Les plats du repas du soir sans intérêt et beaucoup trop salés. Au niveau de la restauration, nous aurions pu nous croire dans un établissement bas de gamme. Idem pour la décoration datée. Bref quelle déception lors de notre séjour dans cet établissement sans âme, pourtant tenu par le couple de propriétaires. Nous ne reviendrons jamais.

하지만 알고 예약한 곳이라 큰 아쉬움은 아니었습니다

Pros:

Очень хороший отель, красиво оформленный цветами. Расположен в 30ти минутах пешком до озера Брайес. Уютная атмосфера, замечательный персонал. В номерах есть балкончики, где приятно провести время вечером. Очень хорошая парковка. Отдельно хочу отметить завтраки и ужины. Вкусная и сытная кухня, на ужин предлагаются блюда на выбор, в этом отеле голодным Вы точно не останетесь! Рекомендую бронировать отель с ужинами.

Cons:

Немного неудобные матрасы и подушки. Отсутствие чайников номере, а также чая и кофе.

Close to Lake Braies, 25 min walk. Breakfast was good. Room was clean.

Cons:

Next to the road it gets a little bit noisy. It was really expensive bit generelly in this region all the properties are quite expensive.
