Estancia razonable en Génova
Pros:

Personal súper amable y acogedor. Cama cómoda. Excelente ubicación (6 minutos caminando a la estación de trenes Genova Brignole). Muy bueno el desayuno incluido. Caja de seguridad en la habitación con un tamaño muy conveniente. Servicio de guardado de equipaje disponible.

Cons:

El baño es súper pequeño, el tubo de agua de la ducha tenía una fuga y pringaba de agua todo el resto del baño lo cual lo hacía aún más incómodo de utilizar. La jabonera tenía un problema, entonces pasaba chorreando jabón y soltaba muchísimo en cada toma. Reportamos ambos problemas pero no se solucionaron. La pantalla del control del A/C daba una luz muy fuerte e incomodaba en la noche para dormir. Las paredes entre habitaciones eran delgadas y se escuchaba ruido de la habitación de al lado. Casi no hay espacio para dejar una maleta abierta. No hay persianas para bloquear la luz del exterior, solo una cortina.

Hotel bien placé
Pros:

Hotel proche du centre historique et du port, nous avons tout fait à pieds. Personnel accueillant.

Cons:

Note chambre était vraiment très petite (comme tout le reste). Je n'avais que 2 pas à faire entre le lit et les toilettes.
Environnement proche plutôt sale.

Pros:

Staff are friendly, helpful and polite.
They found my belongings when I left them in the previous room the day before.
The location is so convenient for everything.

Cons:

Other guests were chatting in the terrace in the very early morning, where was really close to our room.
I was not able to sleep again.
The lights on room were automatically put off. (We could not change to the other rooms because they were already full. Instead of that they gave us alternative idea.)
