For extended stays of 5 nights or more, we offer a complimentary mid-stay housekeeping service to ensure a fresh and tidy villa throughout your visit. Relax and enjoy your stay without worrying about the upkeep.
Covid-19 Safety Measures
Rest assured, we prioritize the safety of our guests and staff. With additional Covid-19 information provided in each villa, we are committed to maintaining high standards to protect everyone. Book now for a safe and luxurious experience at Platinum Villas.
Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in.
Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with a Visa, Mastercard credit card or American Express credit card.
All villas are fully self-contained and self-catering and rates do not include daily housekeeping service. This service is available for an additional charge of $35 per service and can be arranged at the time of arrival. Any stays of 5 nights or more will receive a complimentary mid-stay housekeeping service included within the nightly rate.
BBQs are available for hire at the rate of $20 per night and available for a maximum of 3 nights per stay. Subject to availability.

At Platinum the safety and well-being of our guests and team members is paramount. 100% of our team are fully vaccinated, and we take pride in maintaining the highest hygiene standards to help protect all guests to the best of our ability.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

We had a wonderful stay at Platinum Queenstown Villas. We booked an Alpine View villa and were pleasantly surprised that we could still enjoy beautiful views of the lake and mountains. The scenery was absolutely stunning.
The villa exceeded our expectations; spacious, beautifully presented, and in a very convenient location. We also appreciated the free onsite parking, with both a garage and driveway that could easily accommodate two cars, plus additional side parking available.
The property was peaceful and quiet, which made our stay even more memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends and family. 😊

A fabulous location with exceptional views. The apartment was so spacious, so clean and with everything you could possibly want while on vacation.
There was nothing I didn’t like.
The view was out of this world. So peaceful. The place was really well stocked including an array of beautiful wine glasses. Very comfy beds and amenities. Was nice to be a little out of town but still a nice stroll in or an easy bus ride (or $10 uber)
