위치가 사당역 가까이 아주 좋았습니다. 바로 옆에 24시간 하는 식당이 있어 아침을 잘 먹을 수 있었습니다.
丁寧にチェックインの仕方を教えてくれた、日本語で対応してもらえて安心できた。

The room was very spacious and generally clean, though in some spots there was still webbing. The fact that it is in the basement did not bother me that much like other people said. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is also fantastic you can get almost anywhere you want to be in the city in under 40 min and if you want to go to Suwon it is also not that far of a trip.
I was disappointed to find that the room was bit "old" not sure how else to put it, some furniture was just really worn down and could use a refresher (so they look like the picture) the same goes for the rooftop terrace which at this point was basically non existent. It did not look like the pictures at all which was a bummer. The breakfast is not worth it in my opinion as you can not even choose what you want on your plate yourself and what you do get is not really high quality either, it is not that cheap either. The smell people talk about in the basement rooms, it is there but it is not as bad as people described it, after a couple minutes you stop noticing it.
One of my favorite hotels in Seoul. I think I have stayed here three or four times already.
Why do I like it? First of all, because of the staff. But also because this place has a soul. Dark tones, a little older perhaps, but I would rather call it full of character. If I had to describe its atmosphere with one name: Humphrey Bogart.
The rooms I stayed in were wonderful, with enclosed balconies and flowers that gave them a very special atmosphere.
The location is also very good. Gimpo Airport is easy to reach from here, and so is Incheon. There is a 24-hour convenience store right across from the hotel, the subway is just around the corner, and there is a pharmacy by the subway entrance.
Perhaps the only thing that surprised me a little was that breakfast was the same every day, although it was offered at a very reasonable price.

立地条件が8割。地下鉄環状線に近く４号線も交差。空港リムジンも近い。コンビニ、呑み屋、食事処など繁華街の真ん中にある。フロントに水とコーヒーのサービスがあった。エレベータのセキュリティ設備もある。従業員は普通。障らなくて良い。
地元の食事、コンビニの食品でOKなら、朝食は必要ない。朝食会場、内容もいまいちだった。係は愛想がよいが、値段通りに品ぞろえだった。高層階だったので眺めは良いが、バスタブなど機能的ではない（展望バスタブ（笑））。水のペットボトルはあったが、アメニティは平均以下。電気周りは使い勝手が悪い。名古屋の栄のはずれにいる感じ。
I really liked the hotel's old-fashioned interior, with its dark, elegant tones. My room had a covered, tastefully designed balcony that gave it a special atmosphere. The room itself had a very original layout instead of the usual box-shaped design. It felt unique and had real character and soul.
The hotel also has a small, beautifully secluded garden where you can relax. Another nice touch was the complimentary coffee available in the lobby throughout the day.
The air conditioning is an older type, although it worked properly throughout my stay. Since the building itself is older, this is also reflected in details such as the electrical outlets. However, I experienced no problems at all, and everything functioned as expected.
Front Desk Staff- The front desk staff were extremely friendly and always remembered their guests. They genuinely tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible and were always willing to help.
Housekeeping- the staff kept the room very clean every day. they provided plenty of amenities whenever needed and were always kind and courteous.
Location- the hotel is in an excellent location, just a 1 minute walk from sadang station, making f=transportation very convenient.
Facilities- The hotel is in need of renovation. Although the walls are painted gray, there are visible stains throughout, making them look dirty. The wooden chair next to the bed is very old, with the finish completely worn off.
In addition, the hallways have poor ventilation and no air conditioning, making them feel hot, stuffy, and uncomfortable.
Shower- The shower had excellent water pressure, which was a big plus. However, every time I took a shower, a significant amount of water leaked out of the shower enclosure and onto the bathroom floor.
Towels,- The towels were clean, but they appeared to have been used for a very long time. Many of the white towels no longer looked white and appeared worn and discolored despite being freshly laundered.
