Staff was okay, easy check in and out

Cons:

I don't know. It seemed like a very poor maintenance budget place. At least fix your air-conditioner lah! Too bad this was my 2nd time but I have had faced the same issue.

Pros:

Very bad receptionist. No respect at all. Trying to take more money which booking.com says. No single helpfull from room service. The worst staff i ever seen in malaysia. Not at all helpfull
