Pros:

Δεν θέλω να βαθμολογήσω το σύνολο του προσωπικού , γιατί έτσι θα αδικήσω το 98% του προσωπικού που ήταν εξαιρετικό όπως πάντα αλλά το 2% ήταν υπεύθυνο για τις άσχημες εντυπώσεις και την κακή και αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά προς εμάς . Πραγματικά δεν θα ήθελα να μείνουμε ξανά στο CitizenM Rotterdam και να αντιμετωπίσουμε τέτοια ανάρμοστη συμπεριφορά προς τον πελάτη .

Everything is modern and automatized in rooms!

Cleaning was not possible during our stay as the cleaning staff passed by in the morning only when we were still in the room

Great breakfast and very convenient location
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. The location across the street from Rotterdam Blaak station was very convenient.

Cons:

The rooms were a little too modern for my taste. Everything could be controlled with an iPad in the room, but not everyone is comfortable with iPads.

A wonderful place to stay!
Pros:

The property was wonderful, BUT! The staff was beyond exceptional. Every person we interacted with was pleasant, knowledgeable, and always had a smile. Congratulations on hiring the absolute perfect people.

Pros:

צוות מקסים ונכון לעזור, מיטה נוחה, מקלחת עם זרם טוב. מיקום מצויין, קרוב לכל כלי התחבורה ולמרקט. שרות השאלת מטריות( היה בדיעבד חשוב ויעיל)

אין בחדר חלון שאפשר לפתוח, אין אפשרות לרדת משני צידי המיטה וחסרים שקעים.

Perfekt für einen Citytrip nach Rotterdam. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und die Lage war perfekt, direkt am Oude Haven und den Kubushäusern, 3 Minuten zu Fuß zur Markthalle und der Innenstadt. Das Personal war ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend.
