Great location and comfortable room with a really big bed. Easy access to city centre and public transport.
Location could not be better. The staff - I have stayed in a lot of hotels where the staff were really good… but the staff here were on another level… so polite, so helpful and nothing too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this hotel… if I return to Rotterdam I would not stay anywhere else…
Rooms a little smaller…. But… perfectly laid out that it did not become an issue …

Eigenlijk niks, mischien de toilet in de ruimte van de douche.
Happy to say that all staff members were super friendly and helpful. Hotel is modern and clean. You can order all kinds of drinks and several small bites/meals at the bar. Location is next to train and metro entrance Blaak, which is ideal for travelling by public transport. This hotel has 2 elevators with 4 floors. Check-ins are self-service, but there is always someone around for help.
Rooms are modern but rather small. Beds are placed against the window with a nice view but it means you can only get out on one side which is not ideal for a 2 person stay.

Das Konzept passt für uns nicht. Offenes Bad im Raum, winziges Waschbecken im Eingang.
Dusch Klo Kombi in Kabine. Kein Fenster, das man öffnen kann.
Camera bellissima con una vista spettacolare e un letto davvero enorme. Una vera chicca è l’iPad in dotazione, che permette di gestire letteralmente tutto: luci, tende, aria condizionata e TV. Posizione fantastica: basta attraversare la strada per trovarsi al Markthal e proprio davanti all’ingresso dell’hotel c’è l’accesso alla stazione di Rotterdam Blaak.
L’unica nota dolente è l’isolamento acustico delle pareti: durante la notte abbiamo avuto un attacco di cuore pensando fosse entrato qualcuno in stanza, mentre erano semplicemente gli ospiti delle camere accanto che rientravano.
Locația excelentă, camera superbă cu un pat imens așezat pe lungimea ferestrei .
Roleta electrică, lumina ambientală ce se poate selecta pe culori , totul din tableta pe care o găsești în camera ,baie curată , curățenie desăvârșită , personal amabil , ne-au listat biletele de avion ! Mic dejun variat și foarte bun! Cafea calitativă!

Central location to most things (cool cafes, stores, galleries, food places) very walkable to places. The room is clean, modern and good for city travelling. Check in & out is super easy. Staff are friendly.
I usually stay at these hotels for my stays & have stayed at this hotel location many times. All my previous times I have really enjoyed my stay.
However this time I was a little disappointed. The TV wouldn't turn on. We tried to restart the ipad and try many times but it didn't work. When we tried to call for reception the phone didn't even work.
