Great hotel overall, worth a stay.
Pros:

Very centrally located, very friendly and welcoming staff. A good size room and bathroom for central NYC, very clean and comfortable.

The rooftop bar has excellent views over the city, particularly at night when all the building are lit up.

Cons:

The AirCon in the room was a bit noisy, but could be turned off.

It would have been nice to have been told on arrival that the hotel has an arrangement to use a local gym for free. I ended up paying for a gym as I wasn't made aware until the last day of my stay that I could use one for free.

lo staff è estremamente disponibile e gentile , servizio pulizia eccellente e pronti a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza ; esperienza al RoofTop davvero bella , vista mozzafiato e servizio efficiente; hall accogliente ,latte e caffè a disposizione tutte le mattine

pur aspettandomelo le camere sono davvero minuscole , ma ci si adatta facilmente visto che NY si vive camminando !

Solid stay in the heart of NYC
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. And the location was great in terms of being very central and close to major attractions and transportation.

Cons:

Beds were not the most comfortable and we could not get the temperature to adjust. So the room was ALWAYS freezing.

Pros:

Camas muy cómodas, siempre nos dejaron galletas o dulces todos los días, nos hicieron limpieza todos los días, personal de recepción muy amables.
Hay agua todos los días en el lobby muy útil para cuando uno regresa y café en las mañanas.
Regresaría a ese hotel.

Cons:

Los cuartos son algo reducidos pero hay espacio debajo de las camas para poder dejar las maletas
