Great location. Lovely helpful staff. Two beds makes the room pretty small, but still comfortable. I take back what I said about the shower last year, this year it was great! 😄
Nothing everything was great.
However, dont get confused ... check in closes at midnight, not the hotel.... you won't be forced to sleep outside, just notify them in advance if checking in after midnight.
Also heads up ... the security deposit is US$100 per night (which is pretty normal).

이틀동안 엘리베이터가 고장나서 21층에서 걸어서 내려왔던 점, 엘리베이터 앞 전화기로 리셉션에 여러번 전화를 걸었으나 받지 않은 점, 겨우 내려와서 리셉션에 말하니 제대로 설명하지도, 사과하지도, 응대하지도 않은 점.
Room was great. Hotel staff polite and helpful. Location was great. Reasonably priced for NYC hotel. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.
The elevators. Elevators were slow and occasionally one or two of the three elevators were out of order. Would not deter me from staying there again, provided I have a room on a lower floor.
