The entrance to the hotel is very inconvenient, the attitude of the reception staff

Cons:

The smell of dampness in the rooms, no toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers. For such an amount of payment, I expected all this as in a normal hotel

Pytałem się 3 razy personelu czy mamy wszystko uregulowane i kiedy wroci depozyt 500$ na kartę, powiedziano że mamy wszystko uregulowane i doliczono jedynie 3 x 10$ tipów dla kelnerów które daliśmy i podpisaliśmy. Kolejnego dnia dostalismy wyciag z konta na 2500$ za użytkowanie obiektu i jakieś dziwne dodatkowe opłaty. Czekam na wyjaśnienie.

Spacious, Clean, and Great Value

The hotel’s entrance looks quite different from the photos online, but once you step inside, you’ll find a pleasant, clean, and welcoming environment.

Check-in was smooth. There was a small mix-up at first, but the front desk resolved it quickly and professionally.

The room was very spacious by New York City standards, clean, and comfortable. The beds were excellent, and the appliances were relatively new. Honestly, I have nothing to complain about.

I would definitely stay here again if the price were similar. The location is also very convenient.
