I definitely recommend staying here.
Pros:

Great place to stay in NY. The hotel is close to attractions and easy to get to by subway.
The hotel itself - everything is very clean and tidy. Comfortable and spacious room. Staff is responsive and always available.
Easy check-in and check-out.

센트럴 파크에서 가깝습니다. 치안도 괜찮구요. 그리고 방이
냄새나서 얘기했더니 새로 고친 방으로 업그레이드해서 옮겨주셨어요. 방도 청소도 깨끗하게 매일 해주었어요. 에머니티도 제가 너무 좋아하는 제품이라 매일 기분이 좋았습니다. 뉴욕 물가가 워낙 비싸 가격에 비해 방이 크지 않지만 그래도 추천하는 숙소 입니다. 리셉션 분들도 도움이 많이 됬어요.

Cons:

힐튼 멤버가 아니면 물 한병에 3불을 지불해먀 합니다. 물은 서비스로 채워주시면 좋을것 같아요. 혹시 머무시면 꼭 멤버쉽 들고 가시길 추천합니다.

Nonostante le recensioni negative inerenti gli ascensori, noi non abbiamo trovato criticità.

Cons:

La comunicazione: ho inviato due email con alcune richieste e non ho mai ricevuto risposta.
L' impianto riscaldamento/raffrescamento rumoroso e si azionava automaticamente nonostante la disattivazione della ventola: questo piccolo problema è stato risolto grazie a un loro tecnico agendo direttamente sul quadro elettrico.

Cons:

Only 1 elevator working for 34 floors , the entire stay. Our room was in between the elevators so it was extremely loud the entire night with the dinging

Pros:

La ubicacion es muy buena.
El servicio del ascensor estubo muy bien a pesar de comentarios en la pagina.
Se presento un daño en la cisterna que fue reparado rapidamente a pesar de ser media noche

Cons:

Deficiente el servicio de limpieza de la habitacion, en toda la semana no limpiaron el polvo ni aspiraron el tapete. Un dia a las 4 pm no estaba arreglada la habitacion.
El desayuno no es muy variado. Es basico.
