Generally a good stay, but not the highest level of service.
Pros:

The location is very good and facilities well maintained. I stayed in a king room and it was spacious, certainly for NYC. The staff was efficient at check-in and checkout. There is a deli across the street with inexpensive hot food and bagged items, a real bonus.

Cons:

There was never any soap in the dispenser in my shower over my three day stay. I specifically requested it, and they failed to ever deliver. Also, on one day they totally skipped servicing my room and could not answer why. Someone came up to clean at 5;30 pm upon my complaint, but I don't know how or why they skipped cleaning- there was no Do Not Disturb sign out or anything.

Location was near time square.

Cons:

The room had issues with bathroom door amd it was very cramped compared to other Hiltons I have stayed at. Not worth the $350 a night I had to pay.

Buena ubicación. Precio razonable por la zona.

Cons:

Habitación muy pequeña, media incómoda para 4 personas… y en el momento de mi alojamiento, andaba un solo ascensor (de 3) y la verdad estábamos mucho tiempo esperándolo, tanto para subir como para bajar… estábamos en el piso 29.
