Doručak jako lijep, prostor za sjedenje neprimjeren za konzumaciju hrane. Doručak se poslužuje u prostoru koji je zapravo bar ili kafić. Osoblje je prekrasno. Lokacija jako dobra.

When I booked this hotel through Expedia, I booked it primarily for location and proximity to a few major attractions. In pictures, the hotel looks decent; however to my surprise, I was shocked when I walked in as the hotel is nothing like the pictures. Most photos are photoshopped, dim lighting and advertising the hotel as a 4 star with rooftop, a popular restaurant etc.

First, the hotel is not a 4 star establishment. I found it to be a dump. The rooms are not very clean, cheap stained furniture, including chairs, tables with stains that were likely not cleaned for days/weeks, terrible cheap sheets, extremely uncomfortable beds and the paper thin walls with noise from next room or worse rooms above you...on top of that, the hotel has a rooftop bar (open till 1 AM) where guest including outsiders visit till late hours and many are drunk, walking down the stairs at 1 am with loud conversations and screaming drunk people in the alley....good luck getting any sleep here.

2nd, I was horrified by unprofessional and appalling communication from the management of the hotel including their GM. They accused me of taking items from their mini bar and not paying for it. I noticed the extra change on my visa so I informed the hotel but to my surprise, I received some shocking email exchange from their unprofessional staff further accusing me that they stand correct and I took bags of chips and never paid for it. The hotel management are extremely rude, don't know how to handle guest inquiries properly and shockingly exchanging emails continuing to blame the guest for something I did not do or take from their mini bar.
Be careful with their house keeping as likely most are stealing from the hotel, including clearing the mini bar and blaming guests. On top, at check out, the front desk never asked me if I consumed anything from the mini bar or bothered contacting me after I left to confirm...they automatically charged my card.

3rd, the hotel called a taxi for me to the airport and warned me that taxis at 5:30 AM charge extra 65 euro vs. standard 55 euro. I have confirmed on google that taxi fares in Rome from city to airport is 55 euro regardless of time. This tells you how dishonest this hotel is and they likely work with local taxi drivers to split the extras and tips. Regardless, I paid the driver 75 euro upon arrival at airport only because he was super nice and very professional gentlemen helping me with my luggage.

4th, breakfast service is very average. Food quality and selection is poor. The hotels restaurant was good, but a bit overpriced. The restaurant staff were highly professional and the server was excellent, but I honestly questioned the prices for what they served. I did get 20% off of food as was advertised.

Overall, this was not a great experience for me and was very stressful dealing with their management team which are not properly trained and extremely rude, unprofessional.

Chapter Roma is in a wonderful location and has the friendliest and most helpful staff. The room was comfortable and I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay there again.

EL DISEÑO DEL HOTEL Y EL PERSONAL

The hotel was modern, and well equipped. The rooms were very comfortable, exceptionally clean, with excellent air-conditioning and a great mini bar. The bathroom was absolutely beautiful and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was top-notch with so many baked goods and healthy options, including fresh eggs made to order. Also, the staff was absolutely incredible and left us handwritten notes with tips about where to eat and what to do. Would absolutely stay here again.
