The lack of information provided about our stay. The valet. The loud kids running the halls, hitting our door at all hours. The lack of help with baggage.

It is a very basic hotel that has everything you need
Pros:

The checkin and check out process was easy and the fitness center was really nice

Cons:

Housekeeping was a bit rude and refuse to make the pullout bed

The rooms were slightly outdated

Breakfast was just ok, but it’s also complimentary so I can’t complain too much

I loved everything about the property! It was within to the comedy club! Beautiful layout, valet parking was on point! Hot water was good! Comfy linens and blankets!

Cons:

I couldn’t get my Roku stick to work bc I couldn’t connect to the internet properly.
