Definitely one of the friendliest Hotel staffs overall I have ever met.
Pros:

This place was perfect for our purpose we were there for a moose convention and it was just steps from the back door to the trolley that took us to the convention. The breakfast was interesting definitely had a lot of different things to try pulled pork for breakfast with my favorite with mini waffles. The staff was amazing from the minute we walked in the door they wanted to help us with everything answered all our questions just over the top. One of the front desk clerks in particular just lit up the room with her smile I wished I would have gotten her name because she deserves an Uber kudos but overall the entire staff was just friendly not one negative thing I can say about them. Every time we came in the door they greeted us every time we walk through the lobby the breakfast was great we took advantage of it every morning the coffee in the lobby was definitely a bonus even though we had coffee in our room. The restaurant downstairs was great and here is going to be my one negative the girl in the restaurant while we were there ran her butt off for everybody and I really feel that she could have used an assist but she didn't keep moving and she didn't quit smiling and she was you could tell running like a crazy person but she was right there to help you right there to take your order I mean I never saw her take a break to catch your breath even. The food in the restaurant was amazing I had the salmon my sister absolutely love the cheesecake. Our room was spacious we had the two room suite definitely loved the full size refrigerator microwave stove top Etc the fact that we were able to get groceries delivered and they brought them right to our room was also helpful and we ate out a lot but it was nice to be able to just stay in and have simple things like a grilled cheese. But if I'm ever back in OKC this would probably be my go-to stay over.

Cons:

The only thing that I could say is the girl in the restaurant probably could have used a little backup help. I don't know how many members of our group stayed in this hotel but we saw moose shirts everywhere and we can definitely fill a room that being said she ran her butt off smiled the whole time and did the best she could as fast as she could do it by herself.

Pros:

The staff was warm and friendly, they went out of their way to support me in being comfortable. I did not eat the breakfast but I appreciate it being offered. I REALLY liked that coffee and creamer was available all day!
