Ситуация с пяными японцами.

У нас была неприятная ситуация в день заезда. После заезда моя жена уставшая с дороги пошла в комнату для курения на 19 этаже. И хорошо что я присоединился к ней, в комнату зашел пьяный японец и начал размахивать руками и кричать на жену. Т.к. в этом месте у отеля нет камер нам пришлось записть этого обезумевшего японца на видео. После чего мы ушли и предупредили что позвоним в полицию.
А когда подошли к персоналу к генеральному менеджеру он попросил просто удалить видео и пытался посмотреть в нашу галерею в телефоне. А точно ли мы удалили. Ужасное отношение в первый день. И потом еще два дня нам присылали письма где просили точно удалить видео. И не принесли ни одного извинения и комплимента!

View from the windows was exceptional! Location, room service, breakfast was very good! Facilities and beds very comfortable! Spacious rooms we were stayed in connection rooms with kids it was very comfortable!

ラウンジの食事の時の空いたお皿の回収がすごく早い
