Cons:

During our stay, the bedsheet became stained with blood. Although housekeeping cleaned the room, the stained bedsheet was not replaced. It would be appreciated if housekeeping could take greater initiative in checking and replacing visibly stained linens to maintain cleanliness and guest comfort.

Amazing staff and wonderful view of Osaka
Pros:

Staff so helpful and frequently, check in process was so easy and they even offered options for us to go eat while we stayed, prime location to shop or even to ride rhe JR lines right underneath the hotel itself, the views were amazing from the 48th floor you can see all of Osaka. Room was spacious and very comfortable..minus the pillows felt a flat. I will be returning

View was perfect, best view in the city. Building was a bit confusing. Communication with the staff could improve with lots of english speaking customers they could use lessons.
