Important information:

Parking is available at Plaza del Castillo Public Parking. Guests need to hand in the parking ticket at the reception to receive in exchange a magnetic card to access the parking when needed. The parking fee must be paid in the hotel.

Please note that parking service will not be available during San Fermin Holidays, from 5 to 14 July.

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply, 30% will be charged in advance.

The hostel has an agreement with the SABA Plaza del Castillo public parking lot.
It is recommended that you access the parking lot prior to your arrival at Hostal Arriazu, as it is located in a pedestrian zone.
You must hand in your parking ticket at the hotel's reception, where you will be given directions to access the parking lot at any time.
The parking fee is NOT included in the reservation price and must be paid at the hotel.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Perfect location next to the old town plaza. Easy access to hotel and room via codes. Clean rooms that looked out into the street for a very affordable price

Cons:

The staff accidentally told me to go to the wrong hotel (they own two in the area) and check-in took an extra 45-60 minutes because everyone was on their lunch break

El Hostal muy cómodo con una ubicación a 10m de la Plaza del Castillo. Buena relación calidad/precio

Todo, pero sobre todo la ubicación ya que está a 10 metros de la plaza del Castillo.

Cons:

En la habitación asignada no tenía cómodo espacio para 2 maletas.

Pros:

The hostel was brilliantly located in the heart of the old town. The room was very comfortable and the staff welcoming and very helpful. Parking arrangements were also excellent.
