Good food.
Very friendly and professional staff.

Cons:

The bedroom was small and the furnishing felt quite dated and old - brown carpet was a real turn off to be honest.

La struttura era bella ma dispersiva

Il ristorante dedicato al senza glutine nonostante ci fossimo solo noi abbiamo mangiato 2 piatti( riso e pollo) aspettato 2 h e speso molto !100 euro senza nemmeno una bottiglia di vino !
Abbiamo prenotato la spa e subito dopo abbiamo deciso di andare a vedere le piscine esterne... La ragazza della spa era decisamente contrariata ...

Not as good as a previous stay 10 years ago.
Pros:

Lovely location in the hills above Bologna. But you do need a car.

Everything else was great
Pros:

The pools, spa and food. Staff were excellent.

Cons:

Our room did not cool down enough. The AC did not work well.The personal sauna did not work well.

There is nothing to not like, just perfect thank you.

Cons:

We wanted a simple evening meal, the menu is very good but quite high end when we wanted a simple burger and fries. Not a criticism just a note that not everyone likes high end cuisine. More our issue not yours 😌🙏

Teilweise Service nicht den Preis entsprechend
Essensauswahl wenig vielseitig für Vegetarier und Restaurants öffnen erst spät
Ablauf könnte optimiert werden (Zugangstore öffnen nicht mit Zimmerkarte, Aktivitäten und Restaurants buchen etwas umständlich)
Reinigungspersonal 50% der Zeit sehr schwach (keine Handtücher im Zimmer, Zimmertür offen gelassen, angefangene Getränke im Zimmer vergessen)
