The staff did not understand how the train/ferry pass worked, as a hotel i would have thought they help tourists with these sorts of things. you really have to figure it out yourself and even the locals are not helpful.
Miscommunication between reception and the cleaner in getting our room cleaned for the day, even though we left our key with reception to have our room cleaned for the day and then they told the cleaner we did not want our room cleaned. turns out they didn't realise they had the key at reception.

- super location- exit hotel, turn left & you are just steps away from Gulhane tram stop.
- Nice modern compact room facing the tramway. I like the buzz of tram & people.

Fantastyczna obsługa, bardzo miła i pomocna. Super lokalizacja, blisko najważniejszych zabytków, przystanek tramwajowy pod hotelem. Dużo sklepów i restauracji w okolicy.

Izcila atrašanās vieta! Viesnīca atrodas pilsētas vēsturiskajā daļā netālu no daudziem apskates objektiem. Netālu atrodas tramvaja pietura no kuras var sasniegt visus Stambulas attālākos rajonus. Īpašu paldies vēlos pateikt reģistratūras darbiniekiem, viņi bija ļoti laipni, zinoši un pretimnākoši. PALDIES Jums, Jūs darījāt mūsu ceļojumu lielisku!

A személyzet nagyon kedves és igyekvő, a reggeli remek, de a szobák elég szűkek, éjjel is hangosak.
Pros:

A személyzet kiemelkedően kedves és udvarias volt. A szállás a történelmi városrészben közel a legnevezetesebb látványosságokhoz. A reggeli bőséges és ízletes, a kiszolgálás gondos és korrekt.

Cons:

A szoba sajnos elég szűk volt és a villamos meg a nyüzsgő utca elég hangos. Nehéz volt megszokni, hogy hajnalban is hangos volt az utca. A fürdőszobában a víznyomás időnként ingadozott, de azért le lehetett tusolni. Kevés volt kettőnknek a pakolási hely, ruhásszekrény nem is volt, csak néhány fogas. Szerencsére nem kellett sok ruha, mert meleg volt.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und wir würden es wieder buchen. Die Strassenbahn hält fast direkt vor dem Hotel und die Hagia Sofia sowie die blaue Moschee sind in 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Die Galata Brücke ist auch zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Das Frühstück war auch reichhaltig.

Точно повернуся ще, саме в цей отель.
Pros:

Дуже сподобалось:
- ідеальне розташування
- персонал на рецепції, топ. Особливо дякую Ірині яка нам у всьому сприяла та допомагала на кожному кроці, вона зірочка.
- притирання та заміна рушників кожен день. Номер невеликий але дуже добре ізольований між іншими номерами.

Cons:

Не те що не сподобалось. Сніданки смачні але вибір маленький, але як для подорожі на 4 дні нормально.

A localização é perfeita, pertissimo das atrações turísticas , os funcionários são extremamente educados, solícitos, prestativos principalmente Irina e um outro moço loiro que fica na portaria ,nos acompanhou até o local onde compra cartões para o metrô.Nos certo em água, chá e café à vontade

Os quartos são um pouco pequenos o meu que era de casal era pequeno, oquarto dos meus filhos que eram para três pessoas tinha um bom tamanho e varanda
