It feels safe in this place given it is in downtown Hamilton

Given the high nightly rate, the overall experience fell far short of basic hospitality expectations.
*Exorbitant and Confusing Parking Fees: Charging an additional $50 per night for parking is entirely unreasonable, especially considering how incredibly confusing it was to navigate the parking area to the hotel guest destination. Clear signage should be a given, not a maze that guests have to figure out just to be hit with a massive fee.
*Lack of Amenities: For a hotel in this price tier, it was highly disappointing to find that the room lacked even basic amenities, such as a minibar or a selection of drinks.
Between the overpriced room rate, the frustrating parking situation, and the lack of standard in-room comforts, I did not receive the value I paid for. I hope management addresses these issues for future guests.

Pros:

The bed was so comfortable!! I appreciated the extra blanket, and the room was very clean. I didn't expect the kitchen amenities to be so practical, so that was definitely a bonus!

Cons:

Can't think of anything that could have improved my stay. The manager on duty (Olivera) was really friendly and accommodating.

Nice vacation stay
Pros:

Modern and clean room with grab bar in shower. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was varied and tasty, including oatmeal!

Pros:

I like that it was close to restaurants and the TD coliseum. Parking is secured and underground. Staff are helpful & friendly. They have a pool, gym. They also serve breakfast in the morning.
Plus you can walk down the street to hess village for restaurants.

Cons:

The only small issue was that I had asked to do something nice for our anniversary for my wife. Unfortunately there was small mix up with the order I was requesting. They made up for it upon checking out of the motel. Hom
