Pleasant stop on our road trip.
Pros:

Comfortable, friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Fridge wasn’t working. We noted but forgot to tell staff.

I think our stay was so excellent compared to other places I have stayed in Pittsburgh the last year
Pros:

The staff were extremely personable and helpful! Having the quick breakfast was also very convenient! I wouldn’t mind staying again! I also felt safe because the doors on the side actually locked and we got to pick our room!

Cons:

The pool was closed which was mostly just a bummer but we found other ways to have fun.

A great stay close to the highways, the South Hills, and the city.
Pros:

Great location close to the city and the highways. Nice facility with a good amenities, including a fitness center and a nice pool.

Cons:

The swimming pool, one of their loveliest features was closed for repair. Once it’s open, it’ll be a great place again.

Great with a couple of exceptions.
Pros:

Breakfast, room, location were great.

Cons:

I like to get my personals shampoos, conditioners, soaps and moisturizers and not some stuff from a big bottle. The waste paper baskets were also way too small.

Nice and clean

Cons:

No power on arrival, could not use CPAP machine, got maybe 10 minutes of sleep,was told 1 hour or 2 became 20 hours, and no hot breakfast first morning, just very very disappointed.
