The staff was very accommodating and easy to talk to about any of my concerns, like the lack of convenient parking. The bar on the roof was cool.
Finding the hotel was not easy. The lack of a regular parking lot should have been mentioned somewhere in the advertisement for the hotel. There were about 12 parking spaces under the building that I was finally able to enter after numerous phone calls to different phone numbers that were never answered. When I finally arrived at the front desk I was told there was parking at a mall across the street. The breakfast was adequate but I expected more with the price. The room was pleasant with a nice view but the coffee machine needed directions.
Las habitaciones cómodas
El desayuno, no hubo mucha variedad
Location was great
Bathroom was dirty. Carpets felt wet and smelled.
Everything was amazing. There was just a couple weird smells in the lobby and in the elevator. Other than that it was perfecr
The staff werenot helpful
The receptionist keep playing games on his mobile while i was talking with him
The room was too small and the window was too small that you feel uncomfortable
The breakfast was bad and a few specific types
Almost no lobby
地點很方便,走路可以到七號線。Check-in時間可以到凌晨四點,對於晚上到JFK的班機來說很方便。
都還好,就是早餐簡單了一些。

UNSAFE, DIRTY, AND CRUEL STAFF. DO NOT STAY HERE.
This is hands down the worst and most dangerous hotel experience of my life. The hotel is located in an incredibly bad neighborhood, and the building itself is small and filthy. To make matters worse, there is zero property parking. You have to pay an outrageous $28 a day for a crowded, off-site parking garage and then walk a full block back to the building in an unsafe area.
The absolute breaking point was when my boyfriend was robbed at gunpoint right in front of the hotel, just outside our room. He was physically attacked and bleeding all over the lobby. When I ran inside and begged the front desk clerk to call the police, she was unbelievably rude, completely lacked empathy, and literally rolled her eyes at me before placing the call. Not a single staff member asked if he needed medical help or a towel while he was bleeding right in front of them.
The police were called, and we checked out that exact same night. The staff is cruel, the rooms are disgusting, and the location is life-threatening. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your safety.

My Husband and I went to Mets game and the Hotel is a great location . You can walk to Citi field.
What I didn't like was the hotel run down. On the website said roof top bar. That wasn't a bar it's run down bar. The outside patio was a joke.. Cigarette butts . The room itself was small . The bathroom floor was very sticky.
Pour notre voyage de Baseball emplacement parfait. À pied du stade et aussi du métro pour aller à NY
Rien de grave mais quand tu veux stationner l’auto le stationnement n’est pas grand environ cinq places au sous-sol de l’immeuble
The property was located close to transit, good walking areas, and the room was normal, but clean with free soap and toiletries. They also had an average breakfast bar.
Most of the staff were not helpful in answering questions, completing check-in, or simply being custodial. The tv was smaller than a microwave and the channels froze.
