Un superbe hôtel, très clean et parfaitement situé, un staff chaleureux et accueillant qui a su répondre à toutes mes demandes sans problèmes, jusqu'à dépasser mes attentes. Merci énormément pour l'accueil.

Pros:

The position is great if you wanna stay in the heart of bukit bintang; we had a high floor room and the view was amazing. changing of towels and refill of complimentary stuff every day, the staff was super friendly, very nice, i would give it a 10 if it wasn’t for some cleaning issues

Cons:

the rooms has moquette and it (in our room at least) had a lot of stain. also, we found a used condom at the side of the bed. so the cleaning for this price and this range of hotel need to be better. that the reason i didn’t give it a 10

Nice but I thing it can be better

-security available 24/7

Cons:

-The staff their english is not the best
-Breakfast was less than average, I don’t recommend having in the hotel as there are a lot of options in the surrounding area
- there are some noises in the surrounding area which are disturbing

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war unschlagbar. Direkt im Zentrum und sehr nah an vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zudem ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit allem was man benötigt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
