quite comfortable. just slight lack in maintenance and housekeeping

the location was perfect. there was something wrong with the tv remote but was quickly exchanged with a new one once spoken to the management. good actions made

the cleanliness. my bedrooms slippers were dirty and spotted with lizards faeces. some of the table and desk were dusty.

Luxe and moody ambiance
Pros:

Very centrally located in Bukit Bintang. Walking distance from the monorail and the MRT. The shower, toilet and sink are all separate, allowing for increased privacy. The window in the shower overlooked the crossing, but was frosted about half the way up. The curtains sufficiently blocked out the lights from the LED billboards outside.

Cons:

The central location however, can make it a little challenging to get into the hotel itself. There was also a smell of cigarette smoke that entered our room at one point during the evening. This is a non-smoking hotel and we don't smoke.
