The check-in service is good and after seeing the entrance feel blessed.

Fittings are not proper all are leaking, only soap given , shampoo qty are less, no body wash available , missing shaving kit, tooth brush and paste.hotel restaurant service is not good.

Pros:

Restaurant facility needs a lot of improvement.
Better coordination should be ensured for on line booking. The desk manager was unable to locate and retrieve the booking from tge system.
The Sr management staff was very helpful and intervened to sort out the issue.
