Pros:

A splendid place to stay. We came for a shopping weekend. The hotel staff were wonderful. Upon arrival we were upgraded and had a lovely view of the city. The breakfast was excellent.

التعامل كان ممتاز و جميل جداً و الفندق الصراحه كان حلوو حيلل و هذا اول مرا احجز منه انا و يعطيكم العافيه و ما قصرتو

حصل لي موقف واحد و هو ان انا حاجز منزمان و اني دافع للغرفتين و خالص و انا جاي اصلاً بعد موعد ال check in بساعه و لما وصلت الفندق قالولي الغرفة الثانيه مو جاهزه و قعدة انطر و انا جاي من ابوظبي بسياره و تعبان و المشكله الثانيه انهم عطوني الغرفه الاوله غلط معطيني غرفة كان فيها شخص نزيل و اضطريت اني انزل و اصف دور و اكلمهم ف اتمنى المرا الجايه ما تتكرر مثل هذي الاخطاء البسيطه

Pros:

The location was great

Cons:

Staff attitude was terrible. No one at reception upon checking in. Service at breakfast was horrible. The team did not refill shower gel not only in routine cleaning but also when complained specifically at the reception.

Pros:

Hôtel de standing. Parfaitement équipé. Petit déjeuner très qualitatif et varié. Chambre très spacieuse et très bien entretenue. Calme et détente assurée.
