Other than house keeping was pleasant

Cons:

Unfortunately, the housekeeping was consistently below standard. Almost every day there was something missed, including empty or unrefilled water bottles, missing soap, body wash not replenished, missing cotton buds, and on one occasion the toilet had not been properly cleaned, with hair left on the seat.

I also raised these concerns with Guest Relations. Rather than proactively following up or providing an update, I was simply told to “come see me tomorrow,” which was disappointing and did not reflect the level of service expected from the hotel.
