A great hotel at the center of Dubai with friendly and helpful staff!
Pros:

Extremely friendly and helpful staff members; the great corner location of the room stayed on Oct. 9.

Cons:

some of the switches (like the water kettle or room light adjustment) are not extremely intuitive or responsive.

Good Hotel and amazing staff
Pros:

The staff is very kind and cooperative, especially the shift manager, Khushboo, and the receptionist, Amira. I appreciate how they both did their best for the client.

I also enjoyed the breakfast and commend the staff who work in that area, particularly the manager.

The housekeeping services are good, especially thanks to Vijay K.

I called maintenance for AC may times they came and fixed without delay.

Overall, I like the hotel’s location and facilities.

Cons:

The curtains in the room are very bad; the sun ☀️ shines in and disturbs your sleep. They should be fixed to block the sunlight.

Dubai mall’ a ve metroya çok yakın yürüme mesafesinde. Her yere ulaşım kolay. Çalışanlar oldukça kibar ve saygılıydı.

Cons:

Resepsiyon, cafe hizmetleri çok yetersizdi. Eski, kalite tasarımsal olarak yetersiz, ışıklandırma ruhsuz ve dağınıktı.

Lovely rooms and helpful staff, good location, yummy breakfast
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and well-appointed with large windows facilitating great views. Breakfast was particularly fabulous, lots of options in a great space. Vicky, Eric and other staff were excellent to us - very friendly and helpful. Location was close to air-conditioned walkways and railway station, not far from the mall

Cons:

Some restaurants had been replaced or changed names but signage hadn't kept up with those changes

מיקום מעולה מלון מפואר נקי אבל המחיר עבור לילה נוסך היה כמעט כמו עבור שני לילות ולא נותרה לנו ברירה אלה לשלם.

Cons:

קחנו שני לילות במחיר של 1500 ש"ח.
נאלצנו להוסיף עוד לילה נוסף בגלל שביטלו לנו את הטיסה גבו מאיתנו עבור לילה נוסף 1350 ש"ח.
