Pros:

Modern, clean, great for value

Cons:

In my checkout day, they called asking if will checkout or extend, I told them I’ll extend, they said it I have to see the reception, I asked if I can do that later when I’m awake, they said sure. Then later I received a call saying that I have to check out cuz they’re fully booked, regardless that I explain to them that I told them I’ll extend and they said ok. I found that very unprofessional.

Sehr angenehmer und professioneller Aufenthalt – ideal für Geschäftsreisen in Dubai.
Pros:

Das Hotel überzeugt durch einen hohen Standard, einen professionellen Service und eine sehr gepflegte Atmosphäre.

Besonders positiv fand ich die freundlichen und aufmerksamen Mitarbeiter, die gute Organisation sowie die komfortablen und sauberen Zimmer. Auch für Geschäftsreisende ist das Hotel sehr gut geeignet – man kann konzentriert arbeiten und hat gleichzeitig genügend Möglichkeiten, nach einem langen Arbeitstag zu entspannen.

Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr praktisch und ermöglicht eine gute Erreichbarkeit wichtiger Bereiche in Dubai. Insgesamt habe ich mich während meines Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt und würde das Sofitel sowohl für Geschäftsreisen als auch für private Aufenthalte jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Friendliness of staff, breakfast buffet, steak restaurant on the ground floor, room view and bathroom in the suite especially. Bed was really comfortable, lovely spacious room and comfortable furnishings

Cons:

Only problem was pool temperature was warm but better today. Cocktail bar with restaurant on top floor was lacking atmosphere

Excelente desayuno. Muy bien ubicado, a pasos del metro.

Cons:

Nunca encontré a nadie que hablara en español. Quizas siendo un hotel internacional, debería contemplar la posibilidad de tener personal que lo hable.
