A perfect place for a short break in Stockholm centre
Pros:

Great hotel. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Byredo toiletries in bathroom. Good buffet breakfast and very central location for getting around Stockholm and the Archipelago.

Cons:

Nothing. All good.

A decent stay in the shopping area with good breakfast.
Pros:

Location and breakfast were OK.

Cons:

The lobby is a long hall without lounging areas. The girls at front desk are kind but lack training. The design of rooms (we had 4) are awkward and with dead zones. The pillows need to be replaced and beds lack comfort.

Väldigt fint hotell bara lite slarvig service
Pros:

Frukosten var bra, däremot tog personalen våra tallrikar/glas/servetter när vi inte var klara. Blev att man behövde hämta allt en gång till. Vi lämnade kvar väskor för att personalen skulle förstå att vi satt kvar och la servetterna på stolarna men när vi kom tillbaka (efter att ha hämtat lite mer mat) var hela borde avdukat förutom våra mobiler/väskor. Förstår att man kan ta tallrikarna men onödigt att ta en odrucken kaffe. Känns bara som slöseri av kaffe.

Cons:

Personalen var lite virrig samt städarna ville komma in i rummet 1h innan utcheckningen. Detta ledde till att man blev stressad över att behöva lämna rummet.
