Clean and reasonably well maintained hotel
Pros:

Stayed here during recent cross-country trip. Stayed on July 07th for a night. Hotel is away from commercial hub. No nearby restaurants or cafes. Seems a relatively new building and kept clean. Rooms are good and clean. Check in experience was not pleasant, as I was asked to sign a blank priced sheet for acceptance (of course, flatly refused to sign). They needed this as proof of my stay as booking was done thru third-party website. On refusal, they did accept. Barring this, it was tolerable stay. Breakfast starts late (for Dallas-Fort Worth needs). Nothing major to criticize.

The pillows are awful! The breakfast was not good. The out meal was really watery and it would be nice to have better travel soaps in the bathroom.
