Hot Room
Pros:

This is the second time I had to stay at this hotel. It is 90 degrees outside and the air conditioning does not work and no rooms that I can be moved to. No maintenance on duty. I was told by the front desk I could cut the air conditioner off since it is blowing hot air, but in the meantime thatis not cooling the room down.

Good service, close to airport
Pros:

Nice hotel, it was close to the airport with free shuttle. I selected it based on my Hilton diamond level status. I was happy with service and value that they provided.

מיקום מעולה, נגישות טובה, חלק מהצוות שירותי וחלק ממש לא. אנחנו מאוכזבים מבוקינג שלא עדכנו אותנו על בעיה באישור כרטיס האשראי שאת פרטיו נתנו ולא אפשרו לנו לשלם עם כרטיס אחר ובכך גרמו לנו לחוסר נעימות במלון.

Cons:

תחזוקה גרועה, מים צהובים בברז, נזילה מהאסלה, לא היו מים חמים במקלחת. רמת הניקיון לא מספקת. שירות ההסעה של המלון משדה התעופה, לא נגיש לכסא גלגלים ונאלצנו להגיע בשתי מוניות כדי להגיע למלון

bad experience
Pros:

we had very bad experience in the embassy suits by Hilton. from the mnute we arrived from a long light. the inception
manager was not helpful, the room was not clean. we were in an accessible room that was well equipped. but there was only one night stand, beside the bed and also night lamp in one side of the bed. 3 times strangers entered the room with a key card,l. we had many problems of maintenance , no hot water, , yellow water, .dripping from focet
nobody was in the reception when we needed assistance

Grant is PHENOMENAL
Pros:

Great location, professional staff (Grant), and free breakfast with a made to order omelette and pancakes station. Phenomenal staff, especially Grant at the front desk. During our check in process, Grant was super efficient, professional, and accommodating to our group of business travelers. I stay at over 150+ hotels a year. Grant has to be one of these top 5 most professional and prepared Receptionists I’ve encountered. I was blown away by his professionalism and eagerness for service.

The hotel is located near an outlet mall, with plenty of food options within walking distance. The rooms were clean and large. The gym has brand new gym equipment, including a new Peloton, bench, free weights etc.

I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re a business traveler or needing to stay close to the airport. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from the airport.
