Overpriced. Disappointing from Hyatt.
Pros:

Spacious room

Cons:

The room we were given had a guy spraying pesticides. So we had to go downstairs again and wait ten minutes for another room. Mold in the bathroom, loud location, trucks coming and going late into the night and early evening. Maids talking loudly just outside our door at 8 am then vacuuming. Not much sleep.

Staff not too attentive. All doors to back offices and storage rooms are wide open. One had the sense they treated this not as a hotel but as a normal workplace. We had better experiences at a Cheap motel.

Decent option for UIUC
Pros:

Breakfast is okay. Standard American breakfast

Cons:

Parking is by yourself. I had to carry my luggage up myself using the bell cart. WiFi was slow. It is a little far from the UIUC freshman dorms.

Spacious clean room. Comfortable beds.
Pros:

Location was good. You can travel with a dollar in a bus which was a min away from hotel. Staffs were very cooperative, he helped us with luggage.

Cons:

No safety locker inside room. They had a facility in their office though. Homeless around the vicinity which we need to be mindful of. Starbucks counter inside hotel which operates between 7 to 11 only. But the food doesn’t taste like Starbucks.

Great Location and Comfortable Stay (With Minor Issues) Overall,
Pros:

I had a very comfortable stay. The location was excellent, and the staff were very polite. The room had everything I needed, and I really enjoyed relaxing on the sofa.

However, a few minor improvements are needed:
Housekeeping: The coffee and cups were not refilled. Also, the plastic bag in the ice bucket was not replaced.
Air Conditioner: The AC was very noisy. The temperature kept changing between hot and cold, making the room uncomfortable at times.

It is a great hotel, and I hope they can improve these small details!
