Pros:

Location was perfect for the purpose of my visit

Cons:

Apparently the kitchen was under renovation so the breakfast had no warm food....it was a disappointment for me since for me the star of a hotel experience is actually the breakfast..... there was no sausage, no bacon, no pancakes, no waffles no scrambled eggs.... absolutely no warm food

Pros:

Frukosten passade mig perfekt, pålägg, bröd, grönsaker, frukt, ägg, bröd med mera. Personalen var himla trevlig. Bra att man kunde äta middag om man skulle vilja och att man kunde köpa mackor, yoghuyrt, kaffe med mera ute i foajen/incheckningen.
Så mysigt och trevlig att kunna sitt i foajen/incheckningen, studera, se tv och bara umgås med andra.

Receptionen gav tips om billigare parkering

Cons:

Kalt rum stort rum med endast en säng och en fåtölj. Gav ingen trevlig känsla. Likadant med toaletten. Dessutom kisslukt från toastolen. Det hördes också ett oljud till ganska sent på kvällen (22.30 - 23.00) Det lät som att någon borrade med en maskin.

God middag till bra pris! Bra utbud vid frukost!
Trevliga rum (bott i flera olika).
Hjälpsam personal vid behov.

Cons:

Det finns inget att ogilla med Hotell Björken (bor alltid här då jag är i Umeå)!

Ett speciellt hotell.
Pros:

Närhet till sjukvårdspersonal. Möjlighet till transportservice!!!!!!!!!! Trivsam restaurang.
Bra att man kan köpa något " ätbart" i receptionen när restaurangen stängt

Cons:

Kommer inte på något, möjligen kunde restsurangen vara öppen till 19.30?
