接客含め、値段に見合わない
Pros:

お食事がボリュームもあり美味しかった

Cons:

⑴部屋の電気が暗すぎる　全部の明かりをつけても暗くてお化粧するのに大変でした。
⑵途中交通止めがあり宿泊施設に向かうのに時間を要した。ホテルの注意書きに入れといて欲しい
⑶露天風呂はボロく想像とかけ離れていた

Gorgeous scenery even in off season. The real thing if you are looking for a traditional onsen.
Pros:

Beautiful setting and facilities. Rustic and authentic but very comfortable. Wonderful onsen s and variety of indoor/outdoor options.

Cons:

Part of the authenticity is that few staff understand English. That is part of the fun for some travelers.

Una experiencia inigualable y tradicional. Muy comodo, limpio. Las comidas son deliciosas y muy buena atención. El onsen mixto tiene un paisaje y vista al rio increíble.

お食事処のスタッフの方々がとても感じが良い
Pros:

お食事処で働いておられる外国籍の方と思われるスタッフの皆様が本当に感じがよく、大変親切で、トラブルにも臨機応変に対応してくださり、とてもありがたかったです。お食事処のスタッフの皆様に大感謝です。またお会いしたいです。
館内は綺麗で、食事も美味しく、温泉も良かったです。館内にある足湯も暖炉も良かったです。暖炉は夜もあるとありがたいですが昼間のみでした。

Cons:

逆に、受付の日本人スタッフの皆さんがあまり感じが良くなかったです。交通事情により到着が遅れそうになったときの対応も素っ気なく、また、事前に何度もご連絡させていただいていたにもかかわらず、雨の中で到着する中で、バス停まで迎えに来てくださるサービスがあることも事前にお伝えくださらなかったり(結果的に大きな荷物を持ったまま10分弱徒歩)、宿からバス停までの送迎についても我々1組しかいないにも関わらず一切柔軟な対応をしてくださらず、大雨の中雨宿りもできない場所で10分ほどバスを待ちました。ダメなものはダメで構わないのですが、日本人スタッフの皆さんの接し方、態度にホスピタリティが感じられなかったところが残念でした。

Полнейшее захолустье, в Японии даже в глубинке есть более приветливые и доброжелательные места

Вкусная еда! Удивило наличие бассейна, жаль что я не посмотрела заранее и не взяла купальники. Интересный онсен. Неплохой футон, хотя подушки были высоковаты или жестковаты.

Cons:

На ресепшене девушка в маске говорила неразборчиво, рядом еще шумел водопад, понять было очень сложно. Нам сказали что мы не успеем посмотреть долину Камикочи, хотя было только 3 часа дня, мне было непросто сориентироваться, но мы успели с запасом, а если бы послушались, то не поехали бы туда. Крошечные бумажные стаканчики с кофе в лобби по-моему не соответствуют 4 звездам. Невозможно купить перекус, банку пива, ничего нет.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und das gemischte Onsem auch abends nach dem Essen als Fanilie noch genützt

Ein tolles außen Onsen, schönes Hotel, leckeres Essen, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, gute Ausgangslage für Wanderungen im Kamicochi Tal

いやしの旅になりました
Pros:

落ち着いた雰囲気たたすまいでよかったです
外の広々した露天風呂🥰お料理、とても良かったです

Cons:

外観ステキと思いながら正面玄関入ると受付に人がいなく照明が暗かったので、第一印象暗くて寂しそう…と思いましたもう少し明るいとホッとしたかも…です
