It's situated right in the middle of Jakarta's business district so getting to places is really convenient and the view is amazing if you like cityscapes. The room is always well kept and the toilet well stocked everyday as I stepped out to attend business-related happenings. The people here are warm and very accommodating, always asking if I'm being treated well. Considering the value of the room I got, I feel like compared to other international chains, I get more than I paid for. For example: ambassador room guests get Free breakfast, snacks, and cocktails at night every day of my stay in the Ambassador club of the same floor. It's honestly a pleasure to stay here and definitely enjoyed my week's stay.
I like the breakfast and the location which is strategic.
I don't like the room which was smoking room because its smell was so bad. Although they offered to spray air freshener, It could't completely remove the bad smell.

I stayed a week at the JS Luwansa as part of a delegation and really enjoyed the stay!! The rooms were excellent for our meetings, the staff were amazing and the rooms lovely. The food was really good too. Overall, a great week

Enjoyed staying in this hotel. The reception was friendly and professional. Very welcoming. Hotel lobby nice and spacious, so was our room. Clean and comfortable. Good entertainment with TV channels and clear picture with good wifi coverage. Breakfast had a good choice of food. Hotel is in a good location, with the Festival mall next door and short distance witk KOKAS, LOTTE MALL, Kuningan mall.
Great hotel! If only I knew, i would have booked here for my entire stay here. Was at Westin for the first 3 days.
