Muy buena experiencia. Recomendable.
Pros:

El hotel está situado en una zona tradicional de Kioto con la arquitectura típica japonesa. El hotel es un antiguo edificio de un comerciante rehabilitado y ampliado. Todas las instalaciones tienen un ambiente acogedor con una iluminación muy cuidada y un mobiliario muy bonito. Desayuno estupendo y onsen grande y acogedor. Muy buen situado para las visitas a la ciudad. Personal muy amable.

A beautiful hotel that perfectly captures the charm and elegance of traditional Kyoto while offering all the comforts of modern accommodation. We particularly loved the authentic Japanese design, peaceful atmosphere and attention to detail throughout the property. The traditional entrance, lovely interior gardens and beautifully presented rooms created a truly relaxing environment. The public baths were another fantastic feature, especially after long days exploring Kyoto. The location was excellent, tucked away on a quiet traditional street yet conveniently close to shops, restaurants and attractions. A wonderful place to experience Japanese hospitality and one of the most memorable hotels of our trip!

Cons:

Absolutely nothing to dislike! Kyoto was definitely our favourite destination during our trip to Japan, and this hotel made the experience even more special. The location was exceptional, right in the heart of everything and just steps away from the famous Nishiki Market. Despite being so central, the hotel offered a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere. We genuinely couldn’t fault our stay and would return without hesitation!

Pros:

前回の京都旅行の折も利用させていただ来ました。清潔感、セキュリティ、温泉、朝食がとても良かったのでリピートさせていただきました。
今回はレストランでの夕食も利用させて頂き、工夫された会席料理をゆっくり堪能させて頂きました。
チェックインの際に頂いたクーポン券も夕食の際にドリンク引換券として利用させて頂けて嬉しかったです。
スタッフの方達も親切で丁寧で、思い出多い旅になりました。

お風呂に追加使用できるバスタオルなどあれば助かります。

Pros:

Die Lage ist ruhig und doch nah zum Zentrum. Unsere Suite war sehr groß und top ausgestattet. Der Service war exzellent, das Frühstück sehr vielseitig, frisch und lecker. Besonders angenehm war das Onsen mit den Öffnungszeiten von 15 h bis zum frühen Morgen. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Cons:

Keinerlei Beanstandungen, es war alles Bestens.

２泊が限度です。４～５泊するときには違うところにしようかと思います。でも、価格は納得価格でした

新しいので綺麗で気持ちがよかった

Cons:

夕食があまり美味しくなかったです。遅い時間に着いたので、ホテル一階のレストランでいただきました。京都らしい味を感じたかったのですが、塩辛くて残すものも多く、ガラガラなのが納得でした

Pros:

Great staff! Really helpful and friendly. I slipped on the street and they gave me an ice to put on my leg. Assisted in every possible question. Nice breakfast as well. The hotel has a laundry service - nice!
