Great location, modern rooms in a traditional and cosy atmosphere.
Pros:

Modern yet adapted to the overall Kyoto atmosphere. Excellent breakfast. Super kind personnel.

Nice hotel, great staff, great location, wouldn’t stay again because there are no windows.
Pros:

It was centrally located and there was a nice Onsen

Cons:

There was no window in the room and no chance of any change. Not having a view or being able to see how the weather is, is a big pain.

素晴らしい
Pros:

観光に関してはロケーションは抜群でした。
また、歩き回った疲れを癒してくれる大浴場も大変良かったです。

Cons:

1日だけ朝食を頼みましたが残念でした。
あのクオリティーでの価格では考えられないです。

Pros:

The location was perfect, it was suspicious at first but there is so much things when you walk around. Also the hotel was so beautiful and comfortable, the staff was helpful and kind, everything was good.

it was all good until the last minute which ruined the whole stay
Pros:

No clear instructions on if the checkout window was missed. When asked about the same before, one of the front office staff mentioned you have to pay extra, which i agreed for as i was not sure, i will make it back on time. But when i came back all my belongings are touched and repacked by the staff and left out as if like an eviction for a homeless people. I was shocked to see such a behavior and they didnt bother to tell me before that it is better to pack everything and keep the bags in cloak room by myself. Since i was told i will be charged extra, I didnt bother to pack. And after reaching hotel, the staff was very rude and some of the items were missing. In order to get that back it was a fight. I wouldnt recommend this one

また京都旅行の際はぜひ泊まりたいです！
Pros:

朝食おいしかったです！タトゥーが入ってても大浴場を利用出来て、久々に大浴場に入りました、タトゥー入れた自分が悪いんですけど、すごくうれしかったです！

Cons:

強いて言うなら、自販機の設置場所を増やすのと自販機の飲み物のラインナップが個人的にあまり刺さらなかったのでもう少し幅を広げて欲しいです…(ペプシ、コーラ論争はさておきゼロしかなかったのは残念)
