Stunning
Pros:

The Apartment was stunning. Looks like it has had a lovely makeover. Massive table, and lounge was comfy.
Beds comfy, kitchen well equipped.
Clean and tidy.
Liked we had a popular restaurant across the road as well

Pros:

Location was good and the apartment was spacious.

There was a wet paint smell as we entered the apartment, and also there was no heating.

Lived up to expectations.
Pros:

Excellent location within walking distance of a multitude of eateries as well as a pub, club and shopping centre. A great holiday destination to just chill out:)

Cons:

The weather was rainy on most days but that is the just the luck of the draw. Didn't stop us from having a wonderful holiday. Can recommend Coffs Harbour to everyone.

As I paid for a 3 bedroom but one room was locked although only had 2 people I would like to have had the 3rd bedroom I paid for.

Value for money for a peaceful family stay
Pros:

Location was pretty good and the view was reasonable too. This property was good value for money and had majority of the facilities needed.

Cons:

Parking downstairs was catastrophic with big cars and limited spaces to move around. Reception was mainly unattended and when I called on the number provided, I had to wait for a while until someone arrived to assist.

Had bad experience.
Pros:

The property was clean . Good location

Cons:

The bed wasn’t comfortable. Very disappointing The house rules- making guest clear the bin . Kitchen wasn’t good. The oven wasn’t working. Not enough toiletries for 6 people when it was already booked for 6. Bath towel only for 4 people. Looks like very poor management. Wouldn’t recommend anyone.

Pros:

Location good and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

No one at reception and after ringing advertised contact number we were merely told the apartment keys were in the apartment door. Then, shortly after settling in the apartment we found a half empty bottle of Gatorade under lounge, the lounge cushions too soft and noted there was no toilet paper.
