Andrang am Buffett, Essen o.k., aber zu teuer für das Angebot,
zu wenig Gäste in mittlerem Alter, Personal teilweise nicht unfreundlich aber etwas "zackig" im Tonfall.
Charme des Hauses insgesamt altbacken und unmodern, überwiegend auf Generation 75 plus ausgelegt, was man in den Prospekten nicht ankündigt.

Bad Kissingen ist eine sehr schöne Stadt.
Pros:

Gutes Zimmer und sehr angenehmer Wellnessbereich.

Cons:

Durchschnittliches bis teilweise unterdurchschnittliches Frühstücksbuffet für ein 4 Sternehotel sowohl im Angebot als auch in der Präsentation des Buffet.

Pros:

Es gibt nix zu meckern, es war einfach alles tip top, Frühstück mega reichliche Auswahl, alles frisch und super angerichtet. Alle Kaffee- und Teesorten, die Zimmer waren super eingerichtet, sauber , ich könnte jede Menge aufzählen und jede Menge Lob verteilen. Es war alles mehr als komfortabel.

mooie inrichting. luxe lounchebar. accurate organisatie

we hadden de referenties beter moeten lezen. wij waren als begin 50ers met kop en schouders de jongste gasten. ik schat dat de gemiddelde leeftijd ongeveer 75 jaar moet zijn geweest. wij voelden ons daar dan ook niet echt thuis en zijn na één nacht alweer vertrokken. Maar goed, dat lag niet zozeer aan de accommodatie maar meer aan het feit dat we de referenties beter hadden moeten lezen. Voor oude mensen zal dit prima zijn

Essen sehr reichhaltig und qualitativ gut. Getränke beim Abendessen inclusive sehr positiv. Zimmer für zwei Personen etwas beengt. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Zimmerräumung um 10.00 Uhr sehr früh. Zusatzkosten für Solebad und Soleeinrichtungen.

Saunabereich ziemlich neu und sehr schön. Sauna gut geheizt, leider nur ein (!) Aufguss am Tag. Parkplätze gut gelegen, schöner Park.

Das ganze wirkt eher wie ein Altenheim, womit nichts gegen ältere Leute gesagt ist, aber man sollte sich darauf einstellen

Wenn man im Badebereich ist, darf man mit Bademantel in der Bar für ein Getränk nicht Platz nehmen. Das ist für ein Wellness Hotel nicht akzeptabel. Man könnte in einem Abstellkorridor sitzen und dort etwas trinken. Die Begründung ist eigentlich unverschämt: aus hygienischen Gründen. Ich bin im Bademantel frisch geduscht wesentlich hygienischer als so manche andere ...
