Pros:

Historically quaint and perfect location. I like the decor throughout the hotel and my room was cozy and very well done. Great value! I really like this hotel!

Cons:

My ONLY disappointment was all the stairs up to my room. If you have any physical issues this could be a serious setback as there are no elevators and most if not all the rooms are on the second floor.

Will stay again!
Pros:

Location
Cleanliness
Staff courtesy
Quiet

Cons:

Although very minor, the TV operating instructions were poorly displayed. Again, this was very minor. The staff was helpful. It was resolved quickly.

Very welcoming and accommodating.
Pros:

The appreciation of the history of the hotel, which is very rare in many parts of the country. It was very well decorated in the history and richness of the area. The hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodating and very knowledgeable.

Cute boutique hotel in the heart of Whiskey Row
Pros:

The location was great, right in the middle of Whiskey Row. There were a lot of restaurants, cafes, shops, and bars all in walking distance. The room was cute and clean, and looked like the pictures online. The Keurig coffee was good and the water pressure in the shower was great. The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet. They also had plenty of free parking in the garage behind the hotel.

Cons:

I just turned 60 so walking up the steep stairway with my luggage wasn't as easy as it used to be. The bathroom lighting was dark and hard to see my face when putting makeup on, even when using the smaller mirror they provided. I couldn't figure out how to turn on/off the TV so just kept pushing buttons on the remote until it worked. On my last day, I noticed instructions for it on the bottom of a pile of pamphlets on the nightstand. Finally, they had ice available but a mini-fridge would be a great improvement.

Charm and convenience
Pros:

This small hotel couldn't be closer to the "action" of Prescott -- on Whiskey Row, across from the Courthouse Plaza, a few doors away from the visitors' bureau and from the Western Heritage Center. And restaurants all around. Staff were friendly and helpful.
My room was mid-hallway and on a Friday night was NOT noisy. The room was clean, western motif was not overdone, and has a ceiling fan, which I very much appreciate. Bathroom is very large for in a historic hotel. Anyone with any kind of mobility issue might find the large clawfoot tub a challenge.
I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and super cozy
Pros:

Wat een superleuk hotel! Ik denk dat vooral de ‘coziness’ het vrouwelijk publiek zal aanspreken.

Cons:

Geen echte nadelen anders dan dat je wel even je koffer de trap op moet sjouwen.
