Spacious and impeccably clean room with an exceptional view.

We were a bit worried about the lack of air con, but we left the windows open at night and enjoyed a lovely mountain breeze with no mosquitoes! - It was about 37C in Trento, but we were very comfortable at Monte Bondone.
The restaurant provided a short evening dining service, and while the food was satisfactory, it could be improved to better align with the quality of the rest of the hotel's services.
Il personale con cui abbiamo interagito è stato tutto molto gentile, disponibile e amichevole. Struttura accogliente e molto confortevole. La piscina esterna ed interna con acqua riscaldata è stata piacevolissima.
Forse all'esterno della spa nel solarium oltre ai lettini servirebbe qualche ombrellone.
Struttura con vista molto bella ed attrezzata.
L'assenza di um servizio per reperimento farmaci. Se stai male sei isolato e la corriera non è frequente. Il taxi per Trento costa 100-120 euro andata e ritorno da Trento e la prima farmacia è a 15 km. Tutto nella struttura è extra, incluso o giochi per bamnini. La piscina non è sorvegliata e si entra senza cuffie; è piccola e con tanta gente poco igienica.
Eccellenti i servizi e la pulizia della camera: piscina riscaldata, palestra, solarium, campo da tennis, spa…tutto a disposizione del cliente gratuitamente…una meraviglia!
Peccato la cena non sia all’altezza della struttura né per la qualità offerta ne’ per il prezzo…la stessa critica è stata avanzata anche da altri ospiti quindi mi chiedo come mai non si sia pensato di porvi rimedio

We missed having air conditioning in the room, as it was quite hot at night.
The hotel is just under 40 minutes away from the city center.
Die Lage ist zwar weit oben im Berg mit vielen Kurven, jedoch lohnt sich das sehr. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft! Das Morgenessen ist vielfältig. Das Personal sehr freundlich und die Zimmer ausgesprochen gross.
Man merkt, dass das Hotel renoviert wurde, was positiv ist, jedoch sieht man an einigen Orten die etwas „schnell gemachte“ Renovation. Im Zimmer selbst ist jedoch nichts davon zu sehen.
Leider lagen noch Nägel (Fuss/Hand) auf dem Balkon vom vorherigen Gast.
