Lovely hotel with very kind staff if you prefer somewhere a little quieter in Osaka
Pros:

Stylish hotel, amazing friendly and helpful staff and good sized room

Cons:

The location is not near the major sites of Osaka and requires subway transport, did not bother us as we preferred a quieter location but would have been nicer to main sites
