Modern place, great location.
Pros:

Location, onsen facilities, staff efficiency, housekeeping. The place and surroundings are very quiet all day long and at night. Subway is very close.

Cons:

Restaurant is a bit too small for breakfast when busy and food choice is limited especially fruits. Coffee machine was off at one occasion.

波乱盤上、終わりよし。
Cons:

予約サイトが良くなかった。ツイン、禁煙を指定したのに、いつの間にかダブル喫煙になっていた。
予約の仕方が悪かったのだと思うが、分かりにくかった。
現地で、部屋を交換してもらい、差額料金を払った。

I would defiantly recommend this place, super clean and staff were helpful. Room was great for location next to 7/11
Pros:

It was really clean, lovely room and bed, staff were kind and helpful.

Cons:

The shower was awkward to use as it was very short and shower head facing the floor so the bathroom floor would be wet and slippery and then we had to figure out how to change it from bath tap to shower tap.

Ottimo soggiorno premium a Osaka
Pros:

Splendido hotel, nuovo. Ho alloggiato in una matrimoniale tariffa premium al piano 15, con accesso Onsen e Lounge incluso. Entrambi ottimi servizi, sia come orari di fruizione che per offerta.

Cons:

Non ho lamentele. Sono stata bene e lo staff è stato gentile e attento.

シンプルで快適
Pros:

駅やコンビニが近い。五山送り火の日に宿泊しましたが、夕方からお散歩がてら大文字焼きを見に行けたし観光にアクセス良かったです。

Cons:

スタイリッシュな雰囲気なのに、テレビの配線がぐちゃぐちゃなのが惜しい。
シャワー時、シャンプーと思って使ったらボディーソープではなくボディーシャンプー。。
これは目が悪い私が完全に悪いのですが。
