今回も居心地よし
Pros:

落ち着いた雰囲気。室内は清潔感がありスタッフの方も親切。
大阪駅とホテル間の無料バスも利用でき、地下鉄の駅からもさほど遠くない。コンビニも近くアクセスもいい。大浴場があるのもうれしい。大阪では毎回こちらと決めています

Average business hotel - not worth the price
Pros:

Clean rooms and good variety of breakfast options.

Cons:

Totally disappointing. While it’s advertised as a premier hotel, it’s just a basic business hotel. Rooms are small and the barroom sink is right next to the bed. Location is in the main business district with little attractions or restaurants around.

Pros:

Nice with the lounge (top floors only) to chill out in. Well cleaned and great amenities.

Cons:

The beds were hard and we couldn’t get an extra duvet. As Swedes we’re used to having one duvet each, and not one large to share, and it was impossible for the staff to get us an extra duvet. Had a blanket delivered though…

Fantastic quiet stay with all amenities and large room
Pros:

Loved staying here, large room, lounge access on level 16, great room amenities, large shower room, great view over the river and short walk to the subway and restaurants. This hotel ticked all our boxes and we had a fabulous stay. Highly recommend as it was lovely, quiet, convenient and had all the perks.
