Fijn verblijf
Pros:

De ligging van het hotel was erg fijn. De bedden waren ook erg fijn. Super fijn hotel voor te overnachten in Osaka.

Cons:

Alles was goed alleen de ontbijtzaal is best klein dus kom niet al te laat want dan moet je wel eventjes wachten op een tafeltje. De kamers waren ook wel wat kleiner dan verwacht.

Pros:

Public bath and club lounge facilities, comfortable beds, and helpful staff.

Cons:

Our bedroom window was covered in some form of privacy sticker so we had no view. Managed to upgrade to a river view room the next night and pay the difference which enhanced our stay.

有景观，地理位置优越，干净，舒适。
Pros:

地理位置是我喜欢的繁华区边上，距离大阪站的商圈走路20分钟，不算远，而且是直线，不用拐来拐去，也不用搭乘交通工具。 房间有河景，大落地窗，非常舒适。

Cons:

我们住最顶端的房间，除了有河景的大窗户，还有一个小窗户，但这个小窗户没有遮光帘，只有一个下拉的浅色帘子，早上光线会影响睡眠。

Excellent stay except for the washing machine
Pros:

It’s clean, great view overlooking the canal, the onsen was lovely and location.

Cons:

The washing machine on the top floor, there’s only 2 machines and we had to wait and the dryer didn’t work. I spent a full day washing and the clothes didn’t dry, we had to go to an external laundromat.

It is shocking that there are only two laundry machines for 16 floors worth of guests. Also surprising was no fridge in the room.

Except for the ridiculous laundry room the stay was perfect.
Pros:

I have stayed here several times before. I basically like the entrance lobby and the view from my room. The bath is empty after midnight, which I enjoy. The room cleaning was refreshing and perfect. The room layout is good.

Cons:

The laundry facilities are ridiculously small. Two machines that do not have effective dryers. There was a line up to use them at midnight. Wasting time at such a luxurious hotel. The guests waiting to do their laundry were not in a good mood.
