The staff service was not good. Did not get prompt service in the first day.
Check in and out was good. Security is good. So for those who always bring along their own toiletries and don't mind the bottled water, tea/coffee mini pantry area in the hotel room, it was good overall.
Stayed for 3 nights, bottled water, tea/coffee area was not given/replenish for the rest of two days. Provide only small bar soaps, no shampoo or shower gel.
The location is superb, that’s why I decided to stay at the hotel again.
My trip in last Dec 2025 was great but not this time:
1. The AC at the hotel lobby was out of service. The humidity made it worst.
2. Check-in/ check-out process was super slow.
3. Lack of basic toiletries - only shampoo was provided but not body wash. Did ask but was not provided due to out of stock.
4. TV wasn’t working due to smart card error. It wasn’t fixed since I checked-in & checked-out.
5. Bed bugs issue in one of the rooms & I got a replacement room the following day.
6. Poor (new) management which contributed to this poor review. The whole situation has definitely tarnished the good reputation of the hotel. Unless the management does something very different & quickly to improve its service.

良いとも言えないが景観は高層階から眺められますが、周りは大通りや高層ビルで
景色がいいとは言えない。
チェックインして部屋に入ると食べかけのケーキが冷蔵庫に入っていて飲みかけのペットボトルが机上に置きっぱなしだった。2泊したが2泊目に部屋掃除してくれているのかと思ったらタグをつけなきゃ掃除してくれないようだった。
シャンプーは空っぽでトイレットペーパーも使いかけで殆ど残っていなかった。初日の数時間後部屋でくつろいでいたら見知らぬ他客が呼び鈴押してきた。その人はここは私の部屋と言ってきてキーを見ると確かに同じ部屋の番号で間違いはなかったのだが先客は私なので事実上ホテルのWブッキングミスである。2日目の夕方にはボーイが呼び鈴押してきて
チェックアウトはいつする?今日か明日か?と尋ねてきてスタッフ間の連携引継ぎも出来ていない。最も酷かったのは
クレジットカード使用可と前情報にあったのに現金払いしか出来なかった事。詳細は省略するがかなり困りました。挙句の果てにチェックアウトの際、支払い済ませたかと聞いてきた。はいと答えるとレシート見せろと要求してきた。信頼も何もなく客に対して失礼だと思わないのか、レシートはホテル側で控えもあるはずだし、支払いに関しての引継ぎも出来ないような施設に2度と泊まりたくない。かなり頭にくる不愉快な滞在だった。
Convenient to KL sentral and the surrounding area was quiet and peaceful. Good value for money.
Overall room is clean and neat.
The room and bathroom was really small and too compact especially for average tall height people. The toilet flushing water was loud and continuous in the room - please look into it.
Please update booking.com message regarding deposit taken by hotel. The hotel only accepts cash and don't take cc for the deposit.

Normally I come to KL for work purpose, i will stay at this hotel, this hotel overall good.
But this time i had a bad experience, after i reach at the reception, they ask me to sit because their facing system problem. After 10min they call me to registration, and registered my name and give 2 rooms. I told them i just booked 1 room for 3 person, then only they told me because of system problem the room i was booked is full. So they give me 2 rooms. I was sad why not they told me first before arrange 2 rooms. Its wasting my time. Then i ask them cancel reservation and i booked another hotel. Feel disappointed with the staff.
bilik bersih , urusan check in/out tk de masalah. kelengkapan lain okay je.
tv tk boleh on channel, bilik lgsung tk ade view, dlam detail kata view, gambar pun ade view, tapi bila sampai, tak ade view/tingkap pun. park susah cari, kene pusing2 area situ dekar 2-3 kali juga nk dpt parking.
Bilik dan tandas sangat bersih. ada bantal extra. towel yang disediakan sangat bersih. terdapat peti sejuk mini, percuma air minuman 2 botol. Bilik bertingkap & lengkap dengan meja dan kerusi sesuai untuk buat kerja dan menulis
parking kereta agak sempit. 1st time bawa masuk kereta naik lift untuk akses ke basement parking. agak merisaukan kerana ruang terhad. suasana agak bising pada waktu malam, kenderaan lalu lalang, pintu tidak kedap udara.
