The location was convenient and easy to reach. The beds were comfortably made with soft, high-quality linens. The toilet was modern and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. The room was spacious, with good air conditioning and a fan, offering ample space for relaxation, and included tea amenities such as a kettle, a selection of teas, and mugs. The cleaning staff was nice!
The towels provided were of very poor quality, feeling both unpleasant and unsanitary. Communication throughout the stay was inadequate; the reception staff rarely answered or returned phone calls, which was frustrating. The check-in process was sluggish and time-consuming, often requiring extended wait times. Additionally, the access cards frequently malfunctioned, and the door batteries often failed prematurely, causing inconvenience and security concerns.

The breakfast was really limited. no lot of choices . they were just using the little restaurant inside the hotel were we didn't have access to mich of the food

La localización es de lo poco a remarcar, eso sí, a las 5am no están abiertos los pasos por el centro comercial ni las escaleras mecánicas.
La habitación está justo al lado de la autopista, el ferrocarril y el monorail. Se oye pasar los vehículos y aunque llegaron personas después de mí, noe dejaron cambiar de habitación.
