Breakfast was inconsistent. Depended on the mood of the staff whether you could have some items or not. One day you could, another day you couldn't. But roti cenai was good. Will not recommend hotel to any one
Staff attitude. I had a cut in my hand due to holding open the glass door at the lobby. The staff were not helpful. Had to ask for a plaster. When we asked for an extra plaster to change asblood was dripping, staff were not happy. First aid box was pathetic. Bought our own sterile plasters.
Environment
Not much. The cafe had good, cheap local breakfasts, and was open very late at night. The location was good for access to KL Sentral Station. The room.... see below. The kettle worked. The bed comfort was 5/10 for me, though everyone has different comfort expectations. There was good hanging space for clothes and a working safe for valuables. The room was quite large, however much of that space was the entry hall area.
Most of the stay. Booked and prepaid for 5 nights during the F1 race at Sepang, due to being close to KL Sentral Station. Checkin was lacklustre as the staff member couldn't find my reservation, even using my passport. Room on the 8th (top) floor was an example of decades of neglect. Pervasive freeway noise entered through the poorly sealed, single glazed window. Unidentifiable dried fluids on the walls, dirty carpet, sagging furniture held on with silicone, loose and mouldy tiles in the bathroom with a razor sharp tile step, and an unsecured window which would allow a child to easily fall to the ground. Room access card was disabled on the first day as they thought I had checked out for some reason. A partially working aircon was a feature, as was a TV with no channels whatsoever viewable. I was happy to be able to book another hotel close by and escape without even asking for a refund for an unused night. Not sure how they get an average rating in the 7/10 band. I have plenty of photos of the above if management want to challenge. Better still - spend a night in that room.

La privacidad y comodidad de la habitación era bastante pequeña (al igual que el WC) pero suficiente para mí. El personal era atento y agradable.
El WC era muy pequeño, tanto que la puerta al abrirse tocaba el inodoro.

Very disappointed with this hotel. The breakfast package is a rip-off with almost no selection available. Worse, their Booking.com listing is misleading—it listed a room with a window, but we were assigned a windowless room and made to pay extra to upgrade. Be careful, as the amenities shown online do not match reality.
