Gastvrij verblijf bij betrokken gastheer
Pros:

Vooral zeer gastvrije ontvangst en persoonlijke, betrokken medewerker behulpzaam en positief bij oplossen van niet alledaagse verzoeken . Prima ligging, prima bedden en keurige badkamer. Ontbijt uitstekend.

Cons:

Geen negatieve punten.

Que ce soit pour une nuit ou plusieurs allez y !
Pros:

Rien à redire c’est la deuxième fois que nous venons tout est bien !
La proximité avec le centre ville à pied (25 min) ou le métro, la chambre le confort de la literie.
L’amabilité du personnel !
Gros plus : le parking souterrain à 18€ ( et vous pouvez laisser la voiture jusqu’au lendemain 15h pour profiter ainsi de la ville)

Habitación muy cómoda y bien ubicada. Muy recomendable.
Pros:

Habitación muy cómoda y amplia. Buen baño y terraza. Agradable zona común y staff amable. El desayuno muy bueno y completo.

Cons:

Con el calor del verano puede llegar a ser muy calurosa la habitación que no cuenta con AC.

Gut für einen kurzen Städtetrip
Pros:

Super Lage und mit der eigenen Tiefgarage sehr gut ausgestattet. Zimmer sind grosszügig und ruhig, Betten sind bequem und es ist genügend Stauraum vorhanden. Die Zimmer hatten einen kleinen Balkon, was sehr praktisch war. Die Zimmerzuteilung für 4 Zimmer wurde super gelöst, wir waren alle sehr nah beieinander.

Cons:

Tiefgarageneinfahrt ist sehr eng, mit breiteren Fahrzeugen lässt es sich kaum um die Kurve kommen.
Check-In und Check-Out dauerte relativ lange. Beim Check-In mussten alle Daten anscheinend händisch nochmals eingetragen werden obwohl diese via Booking übermittelt wurden. Bei grossen Gruppen kann sich dies in die Länge ziehen.
Der Boden im Zimmer war nicht sauber, überall waren klebrige Flecken. Auch der Spiegel im Bad wurde nicht gereinigt. Der Eingang zum Gebäude im Innenhof war nicht abgeschlossen, es kann sich also jeder Zutritt ins Gebäude verschaffen.

Tol value for money
Pros:

Staff were brilliant. The lift wasn't working and I was on the 7th floor in crutches.... because the place was full they offered to take my luggage up and gave me free parking in the garage underneath. Location is okay. View from my room brilliant.

Cons:

Apparently, you have to book breakfast the night before. Not cool. There is always room for 1. So just walk across the road. Great coffee there

Der ideale Ausgangspunkt für die Stadterkundung bei sehr fairem Preis
Pros:

sehr angenehme Größe der Zimmer; die vorhandene Tiefgarage; die Lage an der U-Bahn-Station Poccistraße ist perfekt; einziger Wermutstropfen: die Station ist noch bis Mitte 2027 wegen Renovierung gesperrt, es besteht ein Ersatzbusverkehr bis zur Station Sendlinger Tor

Cons:

Leider war der Aufzug defekt, was gerade bei Nutzung der Tiefgarage sehr unkomfortabel war. Hier der einzige Grund für den Punktabzug.

Es sollte für die Nutzung als Doppelzimmer 1,80 m breite Betten in einigen Zimmern geben, anstelle der vorhandenen 1,60 m breiten Betten.

Super emplacement pour découvrir Munich !
Pros:

La localisation près de la station de métro et dans un quartier calme. Les chambres sont grandes et bien agencées et chacune a un petit balcon privatif : le luxe avec du beau temps!

Cons:

Avec la chaleur de ce mois de mai, la climatisation des chambres serait vraiment un plus!

Zentrale Lage, gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage unmittelbar an der U-Bahn (allerdings aktuell nicht in betrieb)

Cons:

Der Service ist unprofessionell und wenig freundlich. Bei Ankunft teilte man mit, dass der Aufzug defekt sei. (Ich bin schwerbehindert)
Ein Zimmer im anderen Gebäude mit funktionierenden Aufzug wollte der Mitarbeiter nicht bereitstellen. Es war ein unschönes langes Bitten für ein Zimmer entweder im Erdgeschoss bzw. im Gebäude mit Aufzug.
