Looks great on the net, but run down and needs some serious investment.
Pros:

Staff were happy and helpful. Food was good and tasty.

Cons:

Dirty, decoration was old, lights didn't work, aircon was old and noisy, bedside tables broken, dirty balcony. Whole place was just run down, dilapidated and in a poor state. Mold everywhere and paint peeling.

A tired hotel with Seaview
Pros:

Almost none.
Seafront view, but no beach

Cons:

Communication: we wrote two times regarding airport transfer and our need to have rooms we booked to be located close to each other, there is no reply at all.
Airport shuttle as listed in the facilities doesn't exist
We need two card keys for each room, and we have to leave a deposit for the second key
The ambience: very tired hotel. Although it is listed as **** (four star) in reality it is more like ***(three star minus).
Towels were greyish in colour, not crisp and smelly (I think it is a mix between perfume and sweat). We complained and sincerely asked for a better towels, but we still got the same on the following day. Only on the third day we got a bit better quality towels,but on that day we saw a big government official meeting in the hotel. Maybe this (rather than our request) was the reason.
We even found some beach sand on the bed.
Toilet bowl is a refurbished (repainted) one.
There is a balcony facing the sea in our sea view room, but no chair. Outdoor AC units are there sitting on the balcony, so the balcony has absolutely no function to enjoy the view.
We can enjoy the sea view in the restaurant during breakfast.
Fridge in one of the rooms was not functioning at all. We didn't care to file a complaint because from the towel complaints and previous communication we knew this hotel didn't have ears to listen.
Apart from the sea view, it is difficult to say that the hotel is in a good location. You still can order grab car easily, but walking to the city centre is 1.5 km. So don't expect to easily stroll in the evening.

I was misled by the name. BW is nothing to do with Best Western although there are two hotels with BW name in town. Beware of the listed facilities not all are existent. According to taxi drivers it used to be Aston. This maybe the only reason why the behaviors of the staffs (front office, restaurant, security) are acceptable. Not outstanding, but acceptable. There is no concierge desk.
