- the hotel staff was very friendly

Cons:

- the cleanliness should be improved! The rooms are very old and not very clean
- the crowd at the breakfast hall should be taken under control. We could not enter the breakfast salon directly due to many people being there at the same time. But since we only waited for 5-10 mins this issue has been resolved quickly. Nevertheless this should be improved for future guests.

Pros:

The breakfast was the most amazing one I have ever had! Everything you could think of was there and delicious. Also very comfortable beds, the view was great and the staff was kind. The swimming pool was also perfect.

Cons:

The shower was okay but could have been better.

Pros:

The hotel staff are friendly and their breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options.

Cons:

The hotel is outdated and creaky requires renovation. We had to wait for long time to have our last room ready, but once we moved, it was not cleaned properly. I have to call them immediately to replace the bed linens.

Duży obiekt w centrum Dżakarty
Pros:

Hotel bardzo duży, w centrum miasta, w sumie wszędzie jest blisko, ale jedynie grabem lub taxi. W przyszłości pomoc ma tu być niedaleko stacja metra.
Łóżka wygodne, w łazience prysznic i dużą wanna, ale balkon zamknięty.

Cons:

Ciężko obsłużyć telewizor. Zawsze uruchamia się jakiś panel hotelowy i przejść z tego do aplikacji czy kanałów TV to trzeba się sporo klikać.
Obronnym zawodem były śniadania. Niby różnorodność ogromną, ale prawie wszystkiego na obecny moment brakowało. Pieczywo z pleśnią! Kawę na kilkadziesiąt osób robi jeden pan.

Amazing Experience to stay here, we met our guest relation "FLO" she is so kind and asking us if anything we need and she is really helpful, and the rest the room is big enough for couple and the breakfast buffet so spectacular.
