L'emplacement est juste parfait. Tout près du château Fronsac , devant une branche du Saint Laurent , à deux pas du port .
L'accueil est chaleureux , la chambre spacieuse avec vue. La literie très confortable.
Il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner sur place mais vous avez un panier avec des petits gâteau, bonbons,... , des jus d'orange et de quoi faire un café ou un thé.
Possibilité d'une place de parking payante.
Rien mais juste à savoir, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur.
Location is perfect
Less junk snacks in the room
Location was perfect. Hotel was clean and charming. Gabrielle and all of the staff were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful with sightseeing and restaurant recommendations, and directions. We loved everything about this wonderful hotel.
My only suggestion would be to add a small microwave to the room. It had a fridge, which was very handy.
The location exceeded expectations. Very quiet. It was off a small park overlooking the waterfront. Just down the street were great restaurants and shops. Within the walls of the old city. Staff was wonderful and very helpful.
Small room. No elevator. We were on the 3rd floor. Hotel could use a “refresh” of furnishings. One has to keep in mind that this hotel is over 200 years old and some things like an elevator just can’t be done.
Excelente localização
Super friendly and helpful staff, charming building, and the location was amazing. The hotel was centrally located between the Chateau Frontenac (the gateway to the Old Town) and the Citadel (the gateway to the Plains of Abraham). The room was big, and we had a view of the river (tho partially obstructed by the window air conditioning).We pretty much walked right out of the hotel to the riverfront...it's a staircase (or ramp) down to the Terrasse Dufferin, which is a long boardwalk along the river with benches and pavilions (and at one end it connects to the Promenade des Gouverneurs, another long boardwalk/path that you can take to the Plains of Abraham).
Visitors should know that there isn't an elevator. We were on the 4th floor. We were glad for all the extra exercise (poutine!) but this is something to be aware of.

Location
Not getting a room overlooking the garden as requested. Third floor and hot in room. Toilet right up against tub so had to sit sideways. Unacceptable when charging over $300/night plus $30/night for parking spots soo tight that you could hardly step out of your vehicle. Very disappointed and will not recommend this place.

Mais 4 étages sans ascenseur, c'est un peu rude. Le prix de l'authenticité.
Le personnel de l’ hôtel est absolument charmant . Nous avons pris plaisir à échanger avec Amélie et Yvonne qui ont été de très bon conseil .

Jamás imaginé la ubicación en la que está el hotel, fue una gran sorpresa para mi familia y para mi. Ami consideración se encuentra ubicado en la parte más bonita de la ciudad. Tiene una vista increible al agua y está en una zona súper tranquila, bastante cerca de otros hoteles, restaurantes, cafés, bares y tiendas. El lugar es súper límpio, las lnstalaciones son muy bonitas y muy bien conservadas para los años que debe tener el edificio. Su personal es el más amable que me ha tocado conocer en todos mis viajes a distintos paises. Son muy accesibles y serviciales. La limpieza de las habitaciones y las áreas comunes es muy buena. Tienen la cortesía de dejarte una pequeña charola con galletas, barritas, cacahuates, dulces y panes, además de jugos. A diario te ordenan la habitación y el área de baño. Simplemente fue una muy buena elección y sin duda volvería a visitarlos. 10/10.
